The coffee ( tea this time) is great. I did not order food this time but I've never had any problems with it in the past. Today my issue was with the absolute LACK of customer service. I ordered online - and yes it was ready when I came in- BUT both employees were sitting on crates when I walked in. I couldn't see them from the door. It wasnt until I got to the pickup area that I even knew they were there. No greeting, no questions about if I needed anything else.. they did not speak to me until I addressed them with a thank you. Then and only then did either of them speak. It was a polite- you're welcome, have a good day. At least that's something.. but Starbucks is directly across the street, can serve Me the same $5 tea, and actually has some customer service. Im hopefully that today was an anomaly.

PJ's Coffee has a very nice and modern interior at this location, but when you walk in, the girls who work here are very unfriendly. I waited about 10 minutes at the counter before I was greeted and my order was taken. I ordered a croissant and coffee, and the girl behind the counter gave me the croissant but forgot to include the coffee I had ordered. They take so long to acknowledge you and take your order or pay attention to the cash register, a robber could have easily scammed them, and they would not even notice because they're too busy playing double dutch in the back room. There needs to be an adult manager here to manage these poorly trained girls before this business falls apart. I will not be returning to this location where all of the workers are ignorant and incompetent. PJs Coffee can do a lot better than this for the money people spend on the overpriced pastries and coffee.

The frozen drink (coffee vanilla) <<< borderline awful! Overbearing coffee flavor and no vanilla in the drink that was specifically ordered as a vanilla drink! The pastry was good! Spinach and feta cheese (yummy)! The cinnamon swirl pastry rocked <<< that’s the money here! They did kindly refund me for the frozen drink.

It was a relaxed atmosphere for me and my sister to study while enjoying a coffee that was made well!
The PJS on Freemaux in Slidell La is absolutely amazing! They are the nicest people to deal with, and the options are delicious

Super niceCalifornia's supervin people.Nice little place to go even have king cakes!
Always super nice and coffee is always super good!
I love coffee and finding places that have it. Coffee shops are a sanctuary to me.
Good Chi tea.
We love PJs and I'm lucky enough that two Slidell locations are between my house and my kid's school, so I go there a lot. If you're in a rush, service can be a little slower sometimes, but the coffee is delicious.
Anytime I am in town, I stop for a coffee at Pjs!
