We visited Playa Bowl in Montgomeryville today and the staff were very rude. My daughter who frequents the store asked about the portions in her bowl which appeared to be less than usual. The girl responded by saying “I can see it in there” and dismissed our concerns. She was very rude in her response to us, the customers. I would not recommend this location!

I gave been to playa bowl over 10 times and my experience today was not good. The staff today was not very welcoming. If the owners were there today when I went they sure were not friendly. I told the cashier no coconuts and they put some in, then she says you want a lid and I said well yea, it’s to go. She didn’t even put them in a bag. I always buy the Nutella one and I always buy 2. All the other times I had no problems great staff and friendly.

Second visit at the Slidell location which seems to have me coming back for more. Typically I visit the Metairie location and I must say both locations are very nice and clean.
Vegetarian options: Fruits and vegetables with an array of milk and dairy free options. The portions are filling and fresh! The parking lot and inside of the restaurant is clean and relaxing.
Parking: Lots of parking available.
Kid-friendliness: Fun colors and a variety of options for kids to select.
Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp to enter the building and large entry door way.

Great atmosphere, customer service is wonderful and the bowls (fruit) are fresh. I’ve also had the juices and smoothies. Very great as well.
Kid-friendliness: My kids loved the atmosphere. They was drawn to the beautiful artwork and the spinning logo when you walk in.
