Absolutely delicious!! We had gotten the shrimp plate, roast beef po boy, and some onion rings! Customer service is great, food came quickly and was very fresh/hot!

Listen, I tried this spot on Friday after a friend’s recommendation and let me say it did not disappoint. I had the shrimp poboy dressed while my husband had the 1/2 shrimp 1/2 fish poboy. The bread was hot and fresh and the shrimp were hot and well seasoned. I have never been able to say that I’ve absolutely enjoyed any restaurant while residing in Slidell the last 4 years but this poboy was delicious even better than some of the best spots in NOLA.

I will definitely be back, hipe they are consistent.

Was in Slidell from out of town doing some shopping and decided a po boy would be good for a late lunch. Have been to some of the other po boy places but really like trying different ones. It was a few minutes away from where I was and I saw that they closed early so I knew I needed to press on.
When I pulled up I realized it was not a fancy place which was fine with me. It looked a bit small and wasn’t sure if you could even eat there. Upon entering I saw that they did have just a few tables.
I ordered a shrimp po boy. Oh my, it was so good ! It was the best one I’ve had in Slidell (none have been bad). I did sit and eat there as I was very hungry. They were so nice and never made me feel rushed even though I knew they were about to close.
This place is the best ! I also appreciate that they have diet Mug Root Beer too.

My love & I visited yesterday at approximately 1pm. (My first visit ever) The curb appeal of this place is spot on & the artwork on the windows is fantastic. Service from start to finish was world class. We ordered the shrimp on bun with fries & sliced roast beef po-boy with onion rings. During our very short wait for what turned out to be A++ meals both for texture, taste & presentation we were privileged enough to strike a conversation with several patrons who were obviously not strangers to the establishment. This experience felt like home. It felt like everything our culture stands for. I could go on but you get the point & this place will DEFINITELY get our business as it should yours. Not to mention all this occurring while they are under construction adding a dining room.

Passing through on my way back to Houston and wanted something better than a burger. Mission for a shrimp Po-Boy began. Boy am I glad that I found this place. This was one of the best
Po-boys I’ve had. So simple, but so good! While I waited (I heard the drop in the fryer after I ordered) several folks came in and were on a first name basis with the staff (who I suspect were family). Lots of laughs, jokes, and smiles. Y’all are now on my must stop list when driving through Slidell. Thanks!!!

I love this place! Really the best poboys in town. Onion rings are delicious too 🤤

The only complaint I have is the space. It gets busy in there, and there isn't a lot of places to sit. And even when there is, the tables are close together and nobody has room to walk around with the line in the middle of the restaurant.

It's 💯 worth it to go and pick up, but sitting down might not be good a fit for some people.

My daughter had my granddaughter at Slidell memorial and i googled best poboys near me and your awesome establishment was highly rated and recommended! I must say the Google reviews led me here to try your amazing food! We had the shrimp and shredded roast beef poboys, boudin balls and chicken strips and fries! The food the staff and amazing service was off the charts if i could give you more stars I would! Keep up doing what you do best!???❤️

New owners are definitely a step up. They sandwiches are really good.

Food delicious, good portion, fresh, and to go orders hot when you get them home! Highly recommend!
