We ordered a 4 piece meal. They didn't have tea, which we didn't know until after the order. There was no offer to make tea for us. The chicken pieces we so small, we didn't even get full. The line was long, and the service was lousy! One lady had missing items from her order, and she politely told them about it. The woman behind the counter yelled for someone else to come up here "because I don't have time for this woman!" The lady had placed her order in the drive thru, and had to come inside to get it corrected. They gave her trouble which is a big deal since the rest of her food was getting cold while she had to wait. We won't go back there. Too expensive for small chicken and lousy service!

This is the worst popeyes known to man,
1) how do you put the sauce the meal comes with on the order screen and its never in my bag, it happens every single time!
2) the chicken you get from this place is horrible and i hope they shut down! I live 5 mins away from here so why is my chicken always cold and taste like its from yesterday batch!
3) DO NOT GO HERE AT ALL! USE THE POPEYES BY BIG LOTS

I do frequent this location and I really think some of the people here are very nice and courteous especially the young guy that’s sometimes at the window but this is the 3rd time I’ve come around 8:30pm when they close at 11 and they tell me what they don’t have and that they can’t drop anything else. Crazy when they close 2.5 hrs later.. When that happens although this location is much closer to my home I just go down the street to the other Popeyes on Gause and there is NEVER an issue.

Placed an order on DoorDash and was never prepared for the dasher to pick up. I waited over an hour and ended up just cancelling because the wait got ridiculous. This store in particular might be the slowest “fast food” restaurant I have ever been to. I constantly avoid it due to extremely long waits especially in drive thru.

This restaurant is horrible, customer service is non-existent. Manager present not working with team members, food was lukewarm, chicken was not freshly cooked and it was dinner time. I will never go back to this establishment.

This drive thru is the slowest drive thru you could ever wait in because me and my mom only ordered 2 orders of wings and we waited an hour in line for it plus customer service sucks they always have an attitude when you talk to them and when you missing an item they treat you like a bad guy for something they did, worst Popeyes in the entire city
