Food is always great. Only giving 4 stars because sometimes the wing flavors can be a little salty so I prefer them on the side (I always ask). Not the first time and I know it a small gripe but sometimes it's just a little much. Other than that, great as always

Always a long wait. In the drive-thru, expect 10-20 minutes... even if you use the app. The food is good, and most of the employees are polite. I just think they need a larger building/kitchen.

What time do you stop serving when you close at 10 930 seems plenty enough time left in the day to make some chicken. Refused to make any more chicken and manager whoever was ready to go and didn’t want anything left to do with the day, probably not the best location.

I ordered chicken sandwiches on the app and when I went to pick up my food they asked my name and I told them and then I sat and waited for ages before someone else in line was told they were out of fries and chicken sandwiches. Which was my whole order. So I guess nobody was gonna tell me that and just let me wait all day and when I approached the counter to point that out, they were extremely rude and asked what did I want instead. I said I want a refund. And they told me as short as possible that I have to use the app to get refunded. But overall absolute rude ass people there who get a negative score for customer service.
