But of kids on there phone some working some on the phone. The cook was steady working but for the rest not so much. I went in the store they had no one in the drive thru an I was the first pearson to order. Its at 9 o clock when I ordered. Didnt get my food till 927. 5 other people came in left an I was still waiting. 2 of thoses were door dash. I starred saying my food is sitting right there with no response. Finally the girl grabs my food in proceeds to give it to the lady who just ordered her food. I said no thats mine the girls says no its does. I said I'll bet you its mine she looked at the food an it was mine. My name starts with a D. But I knew it was mine because it was sitting there for 10 minutes. How could it be the ladies food when she just ordered 10 sec ago. The point is there was no management in the store. Even one of the girls sad a bunch of kids running Popeyes at night. Popeyes make sure you have a manager at night. Since a two piece with one side an a biscuit cost 11 dollars basically. If yall going to charge that much have a manager working. Not 11 kids in a little space. FYI only need 6 people at the most.

This location is horrible I'll just go to gause east. They play around then they play so much even the manger they gave me cold wrong chicken. I asked for a 8pcs half and half they gave me a old cold 8pcs spicy I had to heat up. For my kids because I heard dude in the back say they was going to do something for my food if I sent it back for hot chicken. I'll NEVER go here again. They don't have to worry about me anymore.

On vacation, my family stopped at this location. The cashier did not put in my order correctly or give me my drink. A quick reminder fixed that. Both a family member and I got some bad food poisoning before we even made it back to the hotel. So, while the food was good when I started eating it, I would be careful if your stomach is weak.

Manager looked at me four or five times before telling me her system was down and no online orders were being prepared that day. Very unprofessional. They act as if you are an inconvenience when buying food from them. People her shouldn't be able to work in restaurants dealing with people. Especially a manager's position. Disgraceful
This Popeyes is by far the worst . Mangers have bad attitudes when you come at them with respect . I had to ask the manger would she feed her mom that old chicken . People works hard for they money and they always have bad attitudes . I really almost went there with her bad attitude.. I really hate that for this company because it’s family oriented. I did call & complain but like always nothing happens so . I’ll just stop spending my money where I can’t get fresh food & once I complain nothing happens. I never want anyone to lose the job . But got dame . Even if I was in the wrong you going bk& fourth then threaten to call the police like girl you serious? Me & my co-workers trashed our food so you mean to tell me all of us lying ? The other Popeyes down the street would never . I asked my co-worker why she went to this . Location once she told me the Popeyes by the train tracks I know what to expect . I had to right this review because that was the worst experience ever….S/O to the Popeyes by Walmart food all ways fresh.
