They regularly under cook the chicken. Even after ordering it extra crispy the chicken comes out mush with the batter falling off. This is my last trip to this restaurant because the cook, Toni, was yelling from the kitchen and arguing with the cashier, server, and myself over the order. The fries were the best part of this meal. Threw chicken in trash where it belonged. This chain has gone downhill so much from where it began.

Stopped in with wife. Had not been to Canes in quite some time. This store was clean staff very friendly food excellent. Only thing was price a bit expensive. However overall very good experience.

The customer service is good but idk lately it seems canes ain't as good as it used to be. Seems like the breading on the chicken is done half-assed it falls off and just nasty. Get better canes.

The food was fast and fresh but they forgot my sauce which I asked them to switch out for honey mustard. They were friendly though.
