The food is good and so is the service but the prices are insane now. Over 18 dollars for a Caniac combo is nuts. It was too much when it was 17, too much when it was 16 and too much when it was 15. I don't know how they keep getting away with it, well yea I do, people just won't stop buying it. Even if I stopped buying it for good, it wouldn't make a dent, but regardless, it's only for special occasions now and that's sad. As much as I love it, 6 chicken strips, some fries and some bread shouldn't cost 18 and some change. I guess it will just go up forever at this point. What a world..

I ordered three box combos with three extra sauces. We pulled off and realized we didn’t get the three extra sauces. I pulled back in and walked inside with my receipt to quickly grab my extra sauces. A manager then argued with me and refused to give me the sauces I paid for because she claimed “everyone does this” and she wouldn’t be falling for it. I had my receipt in hand and had literally just pulled off. Accusing a customer of lying and refusing to give the sauces they paid for is very upsetting. This is the first time i’ve ever had a horrible experience at Canes.

The teenagers in drive through seem out of control at night and very rude. Day time is the best service sucks when this was a family fav for quick dinner☹️

Bunch of idiots, order delivery and my food gets here and there’s no cane sauce. I didn’t put on my order that I didn’t want any sauce considering it goes in every single box that you make I don’t know how you could mess that up. I swear it’s like when y’all do an interview for the job, you say are you incompetent and do you not know what you’re doing? And they say yeah and you’re like OK you’re hired

Great people but fries ?! Please make it stop ! Oh and if you guys add an ice cream machine that actually works all the time then McDonald’s will have to step it up a few notches!!!

Raising Cane’s is a favourite, so we go whenever we find one in our travels. The drive thru here was so busy the night we went, staff were outside walking up to the cars to take orders, so we opted to go inside the restaurant. The chicken tender combo meals (which includes self serve refillable fountain drinks) were good, but the fries were not done extra crispy as we’d requested. The garlic toast wasn’t too toasty, as maybe it’d been sitting a while? Tenders were great, as always. They’ve got a delicious coating and a unique, tangy, mayonnaise based dipping sauce. We do love Raising Cane’s chicken tenders, so recommend you try them if you’re a tender lover.

This location is great, but Cane's has gotten too expensive compared to everywhere else. Easily the most expensive fast food option available.
