I am a slidell native, visiting from Houston and immediately loved the upgrade to the canes, however, despite the beautiful new look, the service was extremely inefficient. The line was wrapped around the building yet the cashiers were taking orders at the order boards? What’s the point of having your workers stand outside if they do not move from the order boards? To speed things up shouldn’t they walk up to cars as they approach? Overall the food was amazing but the service needs some work.

Stopped by here for some food. I really enjoyed it. Might have been some of the nicest staff. Soda fountain has free refills.
Went to Raising Canes to pick up a Caniac for my husband. $17 later after taxes for his meal, I get home to see the size of the chicken strips. I think we were ripped off. The picture below is the largest tender in the box. What happened to the size of your strips?
