My most recent experience at this Red Robin has completely exceeded my expectations. When we arrived, Trinity met us at the door and actually held the door for us while welcoming us to Red Robin- this in and of itself is enough for me to give the restaurant 5 stars as this is something that you almost never see at any restaurant nowadays, let alone a casual restaurant like this one and she should be commended for going above and beyond. Our server Megan was friendly and made great food recommendations. The manager John was actively table touching and gauging feedback from guests and had a customer first mentality. Food was fantastic and brought out in a reasonable time. We will definitely be returning to this location and I very highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great atmosphere and good food.

I work very close to Red Robin and on my 30 minute lunch break I came here and spent my whole lunch break waiting on a side of fries and a coke. Asked the hosted how long it would be she told me 5 minutes… I took 10 minutes just for someone to greet me then took 20 minutes JUST for a side of fries and one coke TO GO!

The burger they gave veterans are very good. That was the first time we got food from there. Manager was not so nice but the guy that was hosting was extremely nice, helpful, and talkative.

My wife is sick and wanted an order of garlic fries, got them and the fries had no garlic butter only raw garlic it looked like and tasted like on them and the fries was not even cooked hardly at all. This is all she can eat right now and this isn't the only time I've had problems here. The waitress had the nerve to say we don't know a cooked potato cause they are fine, her name was Brittany. Mr John i believe his name is, the manager was very professional and said he would handle the situation with her and he apologized.
