Sorry to say we had a very bad experience at rock ‘n’ roll sushi inside of Louisiana. The food was undercooked. It was very expensive for the meal and their service wasn’t great either.😩, Y’all don’t waste your money or time on this place🥴

We ordered here off DoorDash and really enjoyed the food so we decided to go in and dine. Just wanted a peaceful dinner with my son but winded up leaving without eating. First the music is entirely to loud. Your waitress can’t even hear your order. Then when our orders were brought out the plate with the sushi was handed to my son & I was handed the plate with the salad. Food was great until the waitress came up to ask if everything was ok and when I told her “yes great just waiting on my sushi” she points at my sons dish and says “it’s right there” but it wasn’t. There were 12 rolls so we were missing an order and why was my sushi placed on my son’s dish and not my own??? Ruined the entire experience and I’ll never be back.

I just LOVE this place. Very nice and unique atmosphere. I do miss the record menus. They are friendly and the service is FAST. The food is just as good as a higher end sushi restaurant. The rolls are always hitting and I LOVE their app combo. I recommend going early, but its always a good place to eat.

I have been here a couple of times and every time the food has been on point. Tuesday is 2 for 1 day and I had the opportunity to try a few new dishes. Their menu is so expansive and so many ways to have your sushi. I tried some baked ones and some fried ones. The baked ones really enhance the flavor. They are located off Fremaux in the shopping complex right next door to the nail salon.

Sitting at the bar enjoying a Sapporo she made sure I was taken care of. I ordered the Wonton and the Volcano Roll, and both exceeded expectations. The Wonton was perfectly crisp, with a savory filling that was flavorful without being too heavy—an ideal appetizer to start the meal. The Volcano Roll was the standout: fresh, beautifully presented, and packed with layered flavors. The spicy topping added just the right amount of heat without overpowering the fresh seafood beneath. Every bite was balanced and satisfying, showcasing the kitchen’s attention to quality and flavor. The atmosphere matched the food—energetic, fun, and full of personality, just like the name suggests. Whether you’re a sushi veteran or trying it for the first time, Rock ‘n’ Roll Sushi hits a perfect groove with great food and great vibes. I left extremely satisfied and will absolutely be returning for more. Highly recommended.
