I get the salad bar every time I go... I have to say one of the best I've had! Wow We left this evening not only stuffed & very pleased by the service & would recommend this to friends & family!!! now one of my new favorite places to go to is Ruby Tuesdays... I'll definitely be back.

Waitresses done the best she could and kept a smile on her face. It took forever to get food. It needs better management. They ( staff) were running around very chaotic. It really was not a good experience. Whom ever was in control ( management ) was totally not giving a damn or they would help their staff. I will not go back to this Ruby Tuesday.

My family and I ate here Friday evening after passing up Copelands to learn about an hour and a half wait time and then to Texas Roadhouse to learn about a 2 hour wait time. Now, I understand why there was NO wait time at Ruby Tuesday! The food was awful and overpriced for the lack of food quality/taste and not to mention, a less than professional management staff who was not even interested in what we had to say about our experience after telling our waitress. What ever happened to getting to know the customer's experience? For starters, be very careful of the $13.49 menu! Our waitress pointed out which foods were covered under that price but we were disappointed to see that the items cost more and she could not do anything about it nor could the manager who never bothered to acknowledge our complaints while we were there. Our family always eats out so we know what's a great place to dine and this place will never be on our return list. We will not make this mistake again! If you do not take heed to this review, you can never say that someone didn't try to warn you! If you actually like eating here, then you obviously don't get out to eat much to know what good food is supposed to taste like! Trust us.... It is worth the 2 hour wait at any of the more popular restaurants down the street! Just don't eat at Ruby Tuesday!
