Stopped in around 7:30 on a Saturday night. It was modestly busy when we came in and there were two super sweet employees. My husband got an affogato with salted caramel ice cream and I got a brownie Sunday with Chocolate chip Cookie dough. Both were super great. They got really busy after we got our treats and they have sooo many flavors of ice cream and seemingly every flavor of snowball. The ice cream was delicious and smooth but not too sweet.

i came in at 9:05 after work and they’d just started mopping/breaking down i’m assuming and some boy greeted me by saying they like to go home exactly at 9:30. he was persistent about going home on time as he was mopping behind me as the two girls were helping me, not long after i’d waked in they had about five more people walk in and he was telling them they closed at 9:30 too. the ice cream was good though.

I’ve been to Slidell Ice Cream Co. twice now and both times had a great experience. The employees are super nice, the service is fast, and the milkshakes are delicious. I ordered milkshakes on both visits, and they were consistently smooth, flavorful, and hit the spot.
One small detail I really appreciate: they use extra-large straws for the shakes, which makes a big difference. Great local spot for a quick treat with friendly vibes.

Slidell Ice cream co. has the best ice cream ever! My favorite go to is the waffle cone topped with honeycomb ice cream. The pieces of real honeycomb make it such a treat. It’s so good. I could eat it every day!
