Slidell ice cream co has a Clean and welcoming feeling upon entry. The staff is polite. Me and my family love the inspirational scriptures that are framed on the walls in side of the seating area. The ice cream is the best I’ve had so far. REALLY GOOD ICE CREAM!!!!!
Stopped in around 7:30 on a Saturday night. It was modestly busy when we came in and there were two super sweet employees. My husband got an affogato with salted caramel ice cream and I got a brownie Sunday with Chocolate chip Cookie dough. Both were super great. They got really busy after we got our treats and they have sooo many flavors of ice cream and seemingly every flavor of snowball. The ice cream was delicious and smooth but not too sweet.
I’ve been to Slidell Ice Cream Co. twice now and both times had a great experience. The employees are super nice, the service is fast, and the milkshakes are delicious. I ordered milkshakes on both visits, and they were consistently smooth, flavorful, and hit the spot.
One small detail I really appreciate: they use extra-large straws for the shakes, which makes a big difference. Great local spot for a quick treat with friendly vibes.
