I come here about 4 times a month. I order the same thing everytime and it recently started tasting different (bad). I let them know I didn't like it and ordered a different tea. I was told I would have to pay the full price for them to remake it after already spending $10 on a tea I took 1 sip of. Really pitiful customer service. I wish I could take back the tip I left!
