placed a mobile order tonight for a large coke and a large grape slush
it took almost thirty minutes to get my two drinks; by the time i got my drinks the slush was melted and my coke was flat.
the guy at the window literally had to get the other worker to help him figure out what a mobile order was, meanwhile im staring at my two drinks sitting on the counter.
my last FOUR orders at this sonic have been wrong. this has got to be the shittiest sonic of all time. i’d rather drive to waveland mississippi, atleast they get your order right.

All I ordered was two ice cream blasts and a small mozzarella sticks, quite honestly the shittiest place ever. We waited 30+ minutes then our ice creams was well over melted. We asked them to remake it that took another 10 minutes and we still didn’t get the extra cherries we paid for and was still milkshake texture. My sister found this piece of styrofoam in her ice cream aswell. Staff was rude and not organized at all, never coming back!!

Waited 4ever although only 2 cars, got old dry burger like rubber, asked the carhop for mayo n kethup n she said ok but NEVER RETURNED! had push button 2 ask AGAIN! mgr was outside arguing w a homless guy it looked like. Just ridiculous!! I had just gotten out the hospital n ALL I WANTED/craved was a sonic. N This is WHAT I GOT.... very disapointed!!

This place. Ordered a cheese burger with onion rings. After waiting FOREVER for the food being annoyed bc I was in a rush, just to get down the road and open my fish sandwich with sauce all over the top and bottom of a very soggy bun and my onion rings looked like someone chewed them up and then put them in the bag. I just threw it all away. Why would you ever serve food like that?

Ordered via Door Dash. Got my 5 syrups but no french toast sticks. That was my dinner. My boyfriend ordered chil cheese fries and got no utensils. Just...look...at...the...receipt...and make sure what was ordered and paid for...is in the bag. Real simple.

Worst Sonic experience ever. Ordered a #10 with Ranch ,Unsweet tea and a small pickle fries. I paid almost 18 dollars. After waiting forever, this young man brought my order out and told me they were out of pickle fries. So he asked if I wanted something else or a refund. An hour later my refund hasn't shown up on my bank.

I got cold and old nuggets . Cold and old fries and a sweet tea. No ranch , no napkins ,no mint.

Drinks taste off, and staff don't tell you they're out of items until you realize it yourself and go to ask questions only to get met with attitude. Skip right along to the next place, save yourself the frustration and the money. Cause you bet they didn't offer a refund.
