Tbh I was having a very horrid day stopped by to get a sweet treat I contemplated even ordering a snack cause they’d known to give me horrid experiences at this location nonetheless I order a small mozzarella stick. They were awful. Probably old. I didn’t even get marinara it was ranch. Tbh I was shocked they even remembered a sauce. All in all the distract manager really needs a new store manager cause this one isn’t it

Had a problem with my dasher in details I won’t go too explicitly into but the staff and manager were very helpful and friendly. Immediately offered to remake my order, and I didn’t expect that kind of service but am very appreciative. Soon as I showed up to return the said sketchy order, the replacement for my order was already complete and still warm.

The people seemed friendly, but the appearance is running down not well kept up. The food is hit or miss. The drinks are what keeps this place going but it seems as though it might close down as 2 have already in this city.

Kids wanted the new pickle combo and slush.
Asked for three combos.
I was asked what drinks and replied the pickle slush as advertised. I was told they were not suppose to do that. I can't find an advertisement that doesn't have the pickle drink.
One kid wanted a limeade and the receipt shows strawberry limeade. Two pickle drinks were the only thing delivered and there were none of the bubble-boba tea like balls as the drinks advertised. Hop kid said he just brings the food.

I'm not sure what it goes on at that restaurant but I have never been to a restaurant or any fast food place that never takes your order at the speaker that always tells you to come to the window to place your order so why they even have the speaker on is beyond me they have the most absolute god-awful system shut up at that store when you come around the corner you know that there's four cars in front of you because you have to go to the service window to place your order in the car that is already there takes 20 minutes to get their order I watched five cars back out of the drive-thru and leave including myself and then every time before that I have even made it to the window every time you pay them they look at you and say oh I got to go find change just hoping that you say oh I'm not worried about it you can keep it if they would just do their job in a professional and timely matter like they should then they would get the tips that they are trying to con us out of in the sad part is that the best Sonic stores and then we get left with a store where the people don't want to use the speaker which is a liebecause I tested that theory and when they told me to pull around I asked him I'm sorry what was that please pull around to the window when I'm ready to place my order what it is they just don't want to take the chance of their drive through getting all backed up I don't know what goes on in that store most of the time they're arguing I don't know who owns this store on gause boulevard but for the love of God you need to create a great flood and wipe everybody in there out and start over and I can see on the review that the next question is did you dine in take out or get delivery I did not cuz I never made it to the store the line was so long and was taking so long to get everyone else's food that I just decided to leave in the below that do I have to say what I got nothing but a rumble in my tummy cuz I was starving Owen last but not least and how much did I spend per person the real question is how much did you lose per person because not including myself there was three cars behind me that backed out and left so the $20 bill that the lady in front of me handed the into the window 20 minutes before I left who probably got guilt tripted out of her change was the $20 that Sonic made in 30 minutes and yet Sonic wonders why they're shutting down all their restaurants you need to make chips to that restaurant whoever owns it the math is not mathing. Which dishes do I recommend well if I could get some food out of the window I may be able to let you know so if you're ever in Slidell going down gause boulevard hey I sure would like to some Sonic if you got some time with some gas to kill if you're thinking about going through the drive-thru don't do it just don't do it I do not advise it thank you shame on you Sonic shame shame

Food was awful. Tots looked and tasted refried. They were warm but hard as a rock.

They couldn't even get the burger right either. According to the app from which I ordered my food, the super sonic double bacon cheeseburger does not have pickle on it (its a 50 cent extra add on) and low and behold pickles were present on my burger. Not to mention the patties were cold and resembled hockey pucks as well.

Food came out wrong. It took way too long and the place looks run down. Sonic is just not what it used to be. The man refused to refund us money and instead gave us two new burgers that looked like they’d been cooked a week before serving. I guess it’s only a drink place now but based on the dirty parking lot, I have my suspicions they don’t clean anything well.
