Didnt receive anything I ordered. They were "out" of everything I wanted ... so I decided to get a cheeseburger. Well my burger look like someone tossed it in the air and threw it to the wall. I hate that I couldnt get my money back. AND on top of that everything was cold and there was not one safe seal on my order. Talk about A MESS.. im going to corporate with this one. Because y they close at 12am and I ordered at 11pm. There shouldn’t have been a problem and my food shouldn’t have looked this atrocious

Waited in the line for about 25 minutes when I got to the window, they told me to pull around and waited another 15 minutes they brought the wrong food out and then when I actually got my order, it was cold and my burger had pickles on it which I stated to the lady on the speaker multiple times that I didn’t want pickles and to top it off they gave me tater tots instead of fries when I asked for fries, and the tater tots were undercooked and soggy. I have worked in fast food for a very long time it’s not that hard with all the timers, and alarms on the cooking equipment nowadays to get the food, right i’m not asking for much lol. Another thing is, I understand if you smoke, but customers don’t wanna smell it through the drive-through window.

Ordered $30 worth of food and they didn't give me any marinara for my cheese sticks nor honey mustard for my chicken. Been craving this all day! Who can eat a cheese stick plain? Ruined my night Sonic!!!!!!!!!!! :(

I ordered on door dash for a pick up. When I got there it took 12 minutes just to be greeted after pressing the button. They didn't have burritos for my 2 breakfast burritos so I had to pick something else which took even longer. It took me 29 minutes to pick up my food that was supposedly ready. Then I get home, none of the sauces ordered was in the bag and one of my grilled cheese had the end piece of the loaf which made the sandwich not even grill. This was the most disgusting order I have ever got from sonic and will be picking another location from now on.
We got our order but then picnic'd in my 4 dr truck. My grdaughter, she's 7, had a blast!! Good memories !!!!Kid-friendliness: Service staff were absolutely outstanding !! They helped out with our picnic fairytale from a wink and a nod and they totally understood what I was 'sayin' g. Thank you to the girls who were the smartest and prettiest people in all the land !Great memories !

There used to be an option to order a grilled chicken sandwich or a fried chicken sandwich. It would be nice it's a grilled chicken sandwich appeared back on the menu.
