Never been to this location before, snowballs were super dry couldn’t even taste them much at first. Had to go in and ask for more syrup. :(

I got a snowball with cheesecake in it. The cheesecake was at the bottom of my snowball. I tasted the cheesecake and it tasted very off so I started looking at it I realized there was mold spots all over the cheesecake. That is GROSS! I went back and was told that it was sprinkle residue but I don’t believe that.

Used to be this clown place in the same parking lot way back when when there was still the video Joe rental place. Used to ride my bike there when I was a kid and rent movies to bring back. Now it’s in one of the shops in the strip mall. More options for sure and still good. Smothered in syrup like it should be.

Went to Southern Delights on Robert and ordered a caramel sundae and got a hot fudge with caramel sundae, and when I complained the girl said that's how it comes, it was gross and I threw it in the garbage. Won't be back.

I gave 5 stars because it was worth the wait. I was not in a rush. My husband and I are in a hotel outta town. So, I wasn't in a hurry and I wanted a snowball. But the wait was VERY long. I saw while waiting possibly 30-45 min at least 3 - 4 cars leave from waiting. Maybe they were short handed. This was my first time. I hated it for them to lose the business! Im all for small businesses. I would hope they would also figure a way for better parking/drive thru. Because their business could double or even triple! If they had someone taking orders outside and getting it to the workers inside could make it faster. They were very friendly and seemed to be working as fast as they could. Also when I got my snowball, medium size, they gave a regular short spoon. A long one was really need for this size. But it was my first time, maybe they were out? Would I go back? YES! Would I recommend the wait? YES!! Very delicious and not bad prices! May God bless your business more!

This was the best place to get a snowball in town. Now it sucks! They are overpriced, the syrup is watered down and your lucky if you get any syrup. I'm very disappointed! I will not return to this place ever again! I will bring my business to JUANIES SHAVED ICE!
