Placed a mobile order and when I arrived it wasn't even started. 3 girls working no other customers inside. They completely ignored me. The girl at the register (heavyset, dark hair in a ponytail) decided to first wait on a man that was a walk in after I arrived she apparently knew him. He turned her screen around and proceeded to place his order, then reached around into where the food is......?????? I finally said that I had placed a mobile order and she said "I'm working on it" which she wasn't and proceeded to make another drink for the man and spoke to him some more. Finally made my drink I saw her pour it and put the lid on without removing the foam which was noted on the order, I had to ask her to scoop it off. The lack of customer service and politeness is appalling. Won't return to this store.

Took a while before the barrista came back on the microphone to ask our order he did as us to wait a moment but a moment seemed possible 4 min at least perhaps more then our drinks and croissants came out very slowly and one by one lol I could understand if the line was long or looked busy but we pulled right up and noone seemed to be in front of us at all so I'm not quite sure what the hold up was ...and I didn't see the new flavor of frappuccino they had which might of been something I did try expect it had no caffeine lol which is the reason I am wanted to go there initially ...and them we went pulled out our payment for 22 50 a $50 bill it seemed that it was a delima that they couldn't take it for whatever reason idk BC of fakes 50 going around or possibly he just broke shift but I again I've worked in Customer service fields before and there's a way to get more change in your register by dropping it from a safe or asking the manager or key holder in duty to get it out for U.....so things that us customers shoudlt. Even be knowing is a prob at all....

The manager is amazing! I wish I got her name. Best service I have ever had at a Starbucks. My husband and I are traveling and like to collect Starbucks been there series cups. She was currently opening inventory and searched the merchandise to see if she had. They were out but she went above and beyond by contacting another location nearby to check stock and sent us to the one that did!

usually when i come in i always get the same thing and it’s mostly the same workers who are very nice and quick with service, but me and my boyfriend just went through the drive thru and we were sitting there for 15 min, nobody said anything. no “we’ll be with you in one minute” so we pull through to the window and we sit for another 5 min of them just looking at us and he ordered a bacon and sausage wrap and said it was probably one of the worst things he’s eaten ?
Stopped for a much needed coffee and snack and couldn't be more pleased. My coffee was perfect. Finally a Starbucks that didn't put over the top sweetener in my cold brew. My sandwich was excellent too.
This store has easily become my favorite across the Northshore && Southshore within the past 6 months! Everyone is always so happy and pleasant! Of course the drinks are always amazing too!!

I have been going to Starbucks on Fremaux for years and they never disappoint. Today I went and ordered an iced hazelnut oakmilk espresso with HEAVY HEAVY caramel. The person taking my order, Bryce, made sure I got heavy caramel!!! He was super sweet and I'm VERY satisfied ? Keep up the food work Starbucks on Fremaux!!!
