This is a typical Starbucks. The food was served way before the drinks. If we knew this would happen, then we could have avoided by saying something. It certainly felt like the priority went to the drive-thru and mobile orders. At the end of the day, we still got our overpriced coffee.
Over all I still gave 4 stars but I noticed in Drive through if you tip you will get bells and whistles such as extra bags with your stuff handed to you. Not tipping in window which I don't believe in since I'm not being served by service waiter that is paid well less to serve. You will not get this treatment nor any spoons for say oatmeal, ect unless asked. A form of judgment comes without tipping which I tipped on purpose to see if that was the case a few times in-between....
This is the Best Starbucks on the Norhshore! Super Experience! Marie and the rest of the Starbucks Staff are always Amazing and Friendly! Very well run store! My Favorite is the Tea. Highy Recommended!
