Matthew and the staff working today were amazing. We sang our order to Matthew who sang the response back. Turned an easy and quick order into a funny, laughter filled interaction that made our day. Thank you!! — your sing song drive thru friends

The service we just received at this location was much less than 1 star. First we walk in and there is a homeless gentleman sleeping on one of the chairs, it was about to storm so I guess that was their hospitality to allow this, a little different but ok and glad they care about the homeless. We get to the register the lady did not greet us just continued to look past us and then when I asked if she was ready to take our order she proceeds to say "yes" and my response was "you didn't acknowledge us or even say hi" and she says "I speak low". Lady please you haven't said anything. Then she took our order didn't ask for our name or anything and then when my spouse proceeded to show her the QR code to redeem her starbucks points she says " can't do it now the transaction is over", and walks away. There were others waiting for drinks and food so my spouse asked another coworker if she could put our name on our order and this coworker yells with hands in air " I DONT KNOW I AM WORKING DRIVE THRU"!.
I have worked retail and have been apart of customer service as well as and I have been a manager and get the feeling of being overwhelmed but CUSTOMER SERVICE and BEING NICE should always be top priority AND if you can't provide those step out and catch a breather or go home. We the customer is what is paying your salary. Starbucks on NORTHSHORE DRIVE DO BETTER!

My hazelnut oatmilk coffee was okay. But like usual, they overload the drink with ice. Food was edible, I had the bacon & sausage, egg wrap but for a cafe it's definitely bottom of the barrel. I could definitely compared the food served to that served at a hospital cafeteria due to how bland it is. I come consistently back for the convenience due to Starbucks schedule and my work schedule in comparisonto other coffee cafes. But the mediocrity of the store and their products are astoundingly over-priced. 2 items should not cost north of $14. $9-10 max.

The products purchased were up to Starbucks standards but the bathroom was disgusting. I know a lot of the guilt here go to customers but they have to deal with it.

Food Poisoning Warning!
I ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso with oat milk, and within an hour of finishing it, I started feeling nauseous and ended up violently throwing up, along with other food poisoning symptoms. I haven’t been this sick since I was a kid, so for it to hit me so suddenly was really alarming.
Please check the expiration dates on your products and make sure everything is being handled properly. On top of that, my experience at the window wasn’t great—the man taking my order didn’t even say hello, just talked to another barista, took my money, and handed me my drink without a word. Then I end up with food poisoning.
I really hope the team is being mindful of food safety and hygiene because no one should have to go through this.

My daughter needed a "pick me up" while passing through on our way to Texas, and you didn't disappoint!

I stood at the counter and wasn't even acknowledged for over 20 minutes, people in and out around me. Was only after I said something before anyone decided to not 100% neglect my existence.

What is it about this Starbucks that the drinks are never consistent? More often than not they are made completely incorrect. That first pumpkin spice sip was like licking a holiday candle because it was seemingly made without an instructions or measurements.
I hate leaving bad reviews but this chain is too expensive to not provide what you pay for. :(

My only issue is the prices. I usually go when treating myself, but it's definitely my only go-to for grabbing coffee on the run when treating myself
