Out of this world expensive. And they counted the onion slices. I asked for a little bit more of onions and green peppers because they put about 10 little pieces for a foot long, and when I asked for more, they added 5 more. Then 4 food longs combos 76 dollars.

Great sandwiches made super fast and very delicious. I have found that using the coupons from the ads that come in the mailbox tend to make it more expensive overall rather than saving money. Life hack...do not bother cutting them out and saving them to use. Just order a meal or sandwich or whatever you want. The churro was good but got hard really fast as soon as it was not warm anymore.

Apparently it’s my fault for not preemptively telling the lady that I’m lactose intolerant before she just smothers the sandwich in cheese I never asked for and when I tell her I can’t eat cheese she proceeds to try to remove the melting cheese from the sandwich and when I tell her I cannot eat that and she’d have to remake it, she catches an attitude and tells me “I should’ve told her before hand” - no no, you shouldn’t add something that was never requested… I hope she’ll be nicer to other people and will google what lactose intolerance means…

Just high lol I'm used to Houston tx subway prices but overall it was a great experience
Spent a hr driving between 3 subways at 7pm on a Friday night because I wanted a boss meatball sub and footlong pretzel. NONE of them had meatballs available. NONE of them had pretzel's available. On a secondary note I have stopped by the canal Rd location for 4 weeks now trying to try the pretzels. Done with subway, Firehouse is never out of meatballs?

It's in a gas station with nowhere to sit.... however... sandwich staff is friendly, professional and timely. A kind word and patience makes for a better sandwich.

There was one employee, in the back. I had to ask the young man to get her to come out. He comes back & says "she's prepping". I politely asked could he ask her to step out for a sec. She comes out & explains, "I'm sorry ma'am, I'm prepping & it takes a while". Then suggested that I drive to the nearest Subway. Ummmmm NO! I personally, would have made a customer's sandwich (Prepping whatever item I needed for that particular customer) and after serving my customer, I would've continued prepping. PERIOD!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & THEY NEED TO CLOSE IF THEY CAN'T KEEP 2 EMPLOYEES AT EACH SHIFT TIME TO TAKE CARE OF CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!!!

I love the staff here they work hard I never have problem with my food even if they are understaffed why keep going back to a place if you have a bad experience Everytime some people just feel so entitled I don't know who sees these reviews i can tell you this subway has more happy customers than mad ones even when I had an issue I reached out to the manager about it before running to post a bad review the problem was fixed some people will always have something negative to say keep up the good work guys you will always have my business
