Used to love this subway since it’s so close to work but the quality has to turned to crap over the past few months, especially on pick up orders

Ordered a sandwich around 2:00 p.m. There were two people working but they didn't have name tags when was a white lady and one was a black lady. The black lady was very rude had a terrible attitude and it seemed as if she hated her job and was taken out her frustration on the customers. Is it so hard to have a somewhat positive attitude?

The restaurant was clean. Service was average. I enjoyed my sandwich. At least 1/2, there was a shirt black HAIR mixed in with my lettuce ?. I haven't eaten at Subway in years.

Service normally amazing but the new lady literally automatically added a $10 tip to my grandmas order of 3 sandwiches. Thankfully she caught it on the card reader before swiping her card. The cashier said the total and then my grandma was like that’s not what’s showing here and she said that was including tip. You should never automatically charger for a tip especially when you don’t know how to cut bread properly yet.

This Subway is the best!!!! After a tough day Kevin and Karen were welcoming and made me feel special. My sandwiches were made perfectly to my order! Kevin and Karen are the best!!!!!! Thank you for making my night!!!!!

Walked in as soon as they open this morning manager Rudely says she is out of eggs then when we try to order different sandwich with white bread again met with attitude, " I don't have any white bread garlic herb an cheese or wheat?" Don't know maybe it is a bad day for her we left and did not order. Been to this location several times never seen this girl before and have usually had a above average experience.
