I placed an order for mobile pick up using a promo code for $6.99 sub and it was canceled and yet I was still charged when I got here. I told the customer service person what was going on and he refused to help me so then he called his little owner or whatever, and they refused to make my food and told me I have to send an email to customer service since I used the app. Well, it shouldn’t be put off of somebody else because you are a participating location with the app this place does not believe in customer service and there is a reason why bankruptcy is happening for subways across the nation.

The people that are working 8-11 3:15 pm need to be fired immediately. 1st off you don’t know customer service and very rude 2nd must not know how to read a online order because you failed to make it correctly. Then argue with Customer about saying everything is in the bag is correct when after even proven to you regarding the cookies were not in the bag because you were trying to be sneaky and charge somebody for something that was paid for and not give it to them. Your rude attitude towards customers definitely shows why businesses are always closing by hiring ignorant people to run the stores with no management available. Don’t tell me that you do not carry banana peppers or pepper jack cheese because you didn’t feel like prepping because you probably get off in a few hours and was too lazy to handle it. I’m aware of this person owns the same subway in Walmart as well I hope he could find better staff to run his stores than the ones he has now.

Ordered curbside… young guy brings out the bag says he’ll be back with drinks. I check my bag while he’s getting the drinks. I was missing an order of cookies. We ordered 2 combo with cookies and one of the boxes of cookies. I try to tell him we are missing a set of cookies and he says that’s everything and walks away before I can finish my sentence. I had to get out of my car and go inside to try to explain to him what I was missing instead of listening he was rude and told me there are 6 cookies in the box. I said I get that but we are missing our combo Cookie. He wouldn’t listen printed the recipe and said oh we are out of those cookies what kind would you like. Maybe try listening to people instead of being rude to a customer in front of a line of people. Very unhappy with this experience and don’t think we will be giving y’all our business again.(also sandwich is made wrong ?

I don’t usually take the time to leave reviews but I absolutely had to leave a review for this subway. This is by far the best subway I’ve ever eaten it. Everywhere else you go they give you two or three pieces of meat. This subway actually made a good sandwich with a decent amount of meat on it and made you feel like you were getting your moneys worth. In today’s economy that’s such a big deal. I would go out of my way to eat back at this particular subway.

Made online order, showed up 10 mins after deadline timeframe, sandwiches still not made and place only had a few customers. Had to wait additional 20 minutes for order to be completed. The servers move like pond water. Not the first time this has happened, but gave them the benefit of the doubt. If you plan on doing an online order, don’t use this one.

Looks like regular occurrence here from the reviews, made an online order and the sandwiches were made wrong. This is not the first time this has happened when ordering here online they literally have a printed list of what's on the sandwiches. Thankfully they have one nearby in the Walmart so I don't have to travel further into Slidell. I've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but this has happened at least 3 times, work nearby and we have 30min for lunch so it's easier to preorder but you risk this happening every time. This time it was dinner for my family. Looks like online orders will be at Walmart subway from now on.

this place was AWFUL!! oppressive atmosphere, management was ugly and stinky!! my sandwhich was soggy and moldy, this was the worst subway experience of my life. will NOT be returning. absolutely appalled. if i could give NEGATIVE stars i would.

I placed an online order and they got the order wrong. I called back up there and spoke with the assistant manager he stated that he was sorry that he did not make the sandwich that he was training he stepmom and that she made them. He asked if I could bring them back at that time it was 9:56pm I told him by the time I got back to the store it would be closed. He stated yes we will be and that he would leave a message for his store manager. Well when I call the store manager the next morning she stated I will have to bring the sandwich back which I didn’t have because I threw them away. But she agreed that the assistant left the message. Why wasn’t I given new sandwiches or refunded. Also when I asked for the district manager information I was told that they can’t give that information. I will not be shopping with this Subway anymore.
