“The customer service was better, but still inhospitable overall. This visit, I was not told that the "system" was down and that I could not get my food that I already paid for through my app. The food today was good, but not as hot as it should have been.“
“AI ordering is a little janky but the lady at the window tonight was on top of it! Got our order right even after AI messed it up a little bit and gave us the sauces we asked for without hesitation. Her demenor and customer service was spot on! No rush at the window, double checked on everything before handing our order over, cordial and super friendly. Made us feel like we were visiting family not a fast food establishment. Would give her 10 stars if I could. Cashier Myuneeka you were awesome! Made this pregnant lady's night :)“
“I'm so proud of this taco bell! They have really stepped up there game!!! The line moves quickly and they hardly ever get the orders wrong! Great job! Plus the workers (for the most part) are very courteous! The manager needs to be proud of her night time crew!!!!!“
