“Service was fine but they didn't have an option to get a water. I was going to be charged for a regular beverage with tap water in the cup. I asked if they sold bottle water, I don't mind paying for it but I'm not paying for tap water. To not have an option for water that made sense was ridiculous.“
“The customer service was better, but still inhospitable overall. This visit, I was not told that the "system" was down and that I could not get my food that I already paid for through my app. The food today was good, but not as hot as it should have been.“
