The customer service was better, but still inhospitable overall. This visit, I was not told that the "system" was down and that I could not get my food that I already paid for through my app. The food today was good, but not as hot as it should have been.

I went at 7:45 pm on a week night, they were so slow, only taking one car at a time to try and trick the system. When you pull around to the window they have you back up so it makes the timing system think you left. I was there for over 20 mins but I’m sure their system says a lot less. The food wasn’t even good, I shouldn’t be surprised. The staff weren’t friendly either. The whole thing is just sad.

This is the WORST Taco Bell in the entire Country! They never get any food orders right, EVER! I always ask for no tomatoes and it’s like they add MORE tomatoes. After all that good luck even getting through the drive-through, you’ll never hear from anyone on that thing! By far the worst Taco Bell I have ever been too! Don’t even waste your time going!

EVERY SINGLE TIME I ORDER FROM THIS PLACE MY ORDER IS WRONG!!!! NO MATTER TIME OF DAY!!! NO MATTER IF IT IS DELIVERY OR PICKUP!!! HOW CAN A PLACE BE RUN THIS BAD!!! My order is ALWAYS missing something. Not sauces, but whole items! Get a cravings box, and the taco won't be there. Or even worse, they just put something in there that you didn't order! I've worked for Taco Bell. Been an assistant manager, and I would never have letu employees deliver the type of service this place gives!!! Completely unacceptable. Granted, I order late so I'm not expecting the freshest of food, but damn, I at least expect to get what I paid for. The owner needs to reconsider who he has managing this operation.

When you go to this Taco Bell, check your order every single time because they will absolutely screw it up, EVERY SINGLE TIME! It’s completely ridiculous how little the owner and operator of this location must care about the quality of the service provided by this restaurant because it has been awful for a long time now. I don’t know what it will take for things to change. I’m done with this place.
workers are always friendly, but the past 3-4 times i’ve gone they’ve messed up my food…. like tonight my Mexican pizza combo had no meat in it….. & they forgot the sour cream and tomatoes on my supreme tacos. Very disappointing when I spent $20 on food-with no one else in line-and mine wasn’t made correctly.
