The initial order taking process was quick and easy. The cashier was very nice. Things quickly turned as I arrived home, and we realized that items were missing and other items were just completely made wrong. I called the store over 9 times to no avail. I returned to the store for a correction and was met with attitude and distain. The manager yelled from the kitchen that she was not replacing or fixing the order. People like this just simply need to avoid the service industry, especially food service. Hopefully, a GM or someone higher will see this along with the survey, and they are able to implement the desperate training and changes needed.

I had a long order so of course before driving away I check the bag to make sure everything is there by counting tacos and burritos, only opening some wraps partially. I’m missing two pieces which I wait for the window associate to turn around to inform her. She then asks for the bag, and another associate starts unwrapping each piece completely, sometimes touching the food with an ungloved hand to be sure of which type I am missing. Then they insinuate that I have two soft tacos somewhere in my car from where I counted them out. I did not. Took two more minutes to get them and by the time I got home (4 minute drive) the food needed to be reheated due to being unwrapped so many unnecessary times. Food was dry & nacho cup was not the proper size ordered.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I live 26 minutes from this tacobell (closes one) and almost 36 min from the other one. There employees are extremely rude, and for the 8 months I lived over here I go once a month or two if anything. Everytime I go they get my order wrong as well as they have a rude attitude about it when you tell them it’s not correct. I have wasted so much gas going back and forth with this one I’m now going to have to drive the other one if we or my family want anything.

Just left the drive through with two hard tocos. Got home and the shells were rancid. Tried calling in hopes of talking to manager so others wouldn’t potentially get sick, but listed phone number went directly to a fax machine. Ridiculous!
Not once do they make things the right way. It's 8 different ingredients and you can't assemble them correctly. Tighten up and do better taco bellAfter going back they still didn't make it right. Incompetence is not cute. So being so dumb.

Disappointed with my recent visit to Taco Bell. I ordered three Crunchy Taco Supremes and they turned out to be quite the misnomer – they were soggy by the time I reached home, which is just a mere two miles away. Additionally, the Mexican pizza felt overpriced. Expected better quality for the money spent. Not the experience I was hoping for.
