Even at 1 am food is good would just double check if everything is right first. Takes a minute but if you order ahead online it works out perfectly.

A tall, young toothy guy with braids told me they are not allowed to give out ice. He proceed to try and charge $2.73for a small cup of ice. If he can’t give out ice to a paying customer that’s super unethical.

AI ordering is a little janky but the lady at the window tonight was on top of it! Got our order right even after AI messed it up a little bit and gave us the sauces we asked for without hesitation. Her demenor and customer service was spot on! No rush at the window, double checked on everything before handing our order over, cordial and super friendly. Made us feel like we were visiting family not a fast food establishment. Would give her 10 stars if I could. Cashier Myuneeka you were awesome! Made this pregnant lady's night :)

I came here years ago & it wasn’t a good experience however I came today and it was a huge difference. Very clean and friendly staff. Some of the hardest working staff I’ve seen in a while they go above and beyond to make sure your order is exactly how you want it.

I will be following a lawsuit against y’all. Y’all took my money. I didn’t get my food. I was threatened by three of your employees and on tape and I got it on video myself. I want my damn money back and I’m still gonna file lawsuit

I had a disappointing experience at this Taco Bell. The staff was rude and acted like they didn’t care at all. I asked for the stake sliders and they said “we’re not selling those right now”. The place felt unwelcoming, and the service was just bad.

Service is always poor with rude people in the drive thru that would even use course words and rude behavior when you try to call the manager there is no answer. How sad that we are able to get good service and be disrespected in front of small children!

There is no atmosphere, but I'm not sure there ever was. I understand the fact that, because of the rise in minimum wage, fast food restaurants can't afford to employ people to take orders. This means that guests enter, use a kiosk to order, are never greeted, and see no one until the order is fulfilled. Very cold atmosphere is the overall experience, but it hasn't kept me from coming in to eat the food.
