This location has been out of guacamole for 3 days, yet still charge for it. When I asked the manager at the window, heavy set with micro braids, for extra sauce, she gave me 3-4 and said it was all they have!!!! Really? They didn't refund me for no guacamole. When I asked what they could do, she gave me guacamole ranch sauce and said they were the same price. NO THEY AREN'T!!!! SHE HAD A VERY BAD ATTITUDE. I've pulled up before and saw her outside on her phone screaming and yelling at whoever she was talking at! She has no customer service skills and lacks professionalism!!!!!!!!!!! I was better as a customer service worker at Wendy's when I worked the window. I was polite and always said thank you. I didn't even get a thank you from her!!!! BAD BAD BUSINESS!!!!!!! THIS LOCATION SUCKS BECAUSE OF THE MANAGERS ATTITUDE. HOW CAN YOU HAVE GOOD WORKERS WHEN YOU HAVE A BAD MANAGER!!!!

Drive thru people were very rude. Menu on the Cheesy burritos says chicken or steak. They didn't ask which one i wanted and when I specified i wanted steak. The lady said very rudely the menu says steak. Like im dumb or something. Maybe if she had a better attitude she wouldnt be rolling burritos for a living.

Got there about 10 minutes before happy hour was over and had trouble with the kiosk with my app and rewards. The counter clerk said he couldn't help me out that I had to order at the kiosk. With one minute to go I went and tried the kiosk again since he wouldn't help me. The kiosk couldn't help me with my credit card so I had to go to back to the counter to check out after all. By that time all the specials and rewards and happy hour was over. The cinnamon twists I ordered were barely covered with cinnamon or sugar. I canceled one of the drinks I had previously ordered because I was paying twice as much for the other one now and the twists. The noise level was terrible. They can hear us talking over the counter and we can hear them. It was the radio turned up very loud. There was only one other customer inside but the drive-thru line was very busy and they all tended them. Even a customer to help me out to no avail. We are from out of town and have used Taco Bell quite a bit at home and on our travels but have never had this kind of service or problems. I just want to let other people know that if they stopped here to be prepared. Drive-thru might have better luck. Ended up ordering Just One Drink and cinnamon twists and it took 40+ minutes total. No other customers were in the store during that time

11/20 I had a very upsetting experience with this Taco Bell. I have never had issues with the staff/food/atmosphere or anything else before this day. Every time I come, I practically get the same thing so I always go on the app and re-order the same thing every time. When I went, I got the chicken Cantina quesadilla and I had got it with nacho cheese and guacamole as the sides. For the record, I always check my food before driving off just to make sure I’m getting what I paid for. I checked it, and I saw I had sour cream and nacho cheese, So I parked and quickly ran inside to get my guacamole from my order because I was in a rush this morning and was already close to late. I had informed the worker of the switch up and just asked if I could quickly get my guacamole so I could go about my day. And then a middle-age woman came up to me… Was extremely rude BTW. She asked me what was wrong and I informed her of the situation. She told me that what I order comes with Two side sides… Not three. I let her know that I was aware of that, but I got the wrong side that I had ordered and just wanted to correct the mistake and leave. She went to the back and seems like she was just talking about me to other staff members being very rude about the situation. She then came back with a side of sour cream, where I then reinform her that I already had sour cream that I did not want. I had ordered nacho cheese and guacamole, and I was missing the guacamole. She then proceeded to tell me that she packed the order herself… Basically telling me I was wrong. I then proceeded to tell her that I had checked my bag, and there was no guacamole to be found. She then proceeded to give me a very nasty look marched behind the counter and gave me the most microscopic slither of guacamole… Obviously just to spite me. I was very disappointed in her attitude and service and truly hope that something is done to correct her behavior so that way it doesn’t happen to me or any other customers again. Or simply just don’t work in customer service if you don’t know how to leave your personal problems at the door before going into work…

Always an issue every time I order from this location. This time they “couldn't find” my online order told me I had to get a refund thru the app and reorder then the guy in the back admitted to giving my order to someone in the drive thru and instead of just remaking my order while I was there the lady told me I still had to do a refund and then reorder. This all happened after waiting 15mins up front while being ignored by all the employees(2 guys and 1 woman) that all saw I was waiting and didn’t acknowledge me.

I used to be very loyal to this taco bell since it’s close to my job and home, well that changed yesterday. my husband brought me to taco bell to get me a GRILLED CHEESE STEAK burrito with no chipotle sauce. to start it off we got there and they told us they didn’t have the potatoes, dr. pepper, pepsi or nacho fries. it’s like this location is just out of everything ALL THE TIME. then it came time to pay the lady at the window snatched my husband’s card out of his hands then proceeded to just throw the food and slam the window shut. When i got home to finally eat the burrito it had the sauce i specifically didn’t ask for (it makes me severely sick so i couldn’t eat it) well we tried to call them they didn’t answer of course , we went all the way back up there which was a 15 min ride and asked for them to remake, they remade it but still. made. it. wrong. still has chipotle sauce but instead of steak they put ground beef🤦🏻‍♀️. obviously everyone in there is either to high or has the lowest of iqs in the world. it’s not hard to read and pay attention. worst taco bell ever will NEVER be back here.

Edit: We came back to Taco Bell last night, and the food and service was much better than the last time. It also came out quicker, and was hot.

Too hard to place a order. Drive up, the AI gets the order wrong. Nobody takes order. Have to use kiosk. Can't get place order because I can't get pass inputting my drink on the combo even though it is self serve. I know I can't be the only person having problems in ordering. Won't be going be here. Ordering should not be difficult. This place sucks.

A tall, young toothy guy with braids told me they are not allowed to give out ice. He proceed to try and charge $2.73for a small cup of ice. If he can’t give out ice to a paying customer that’s super unethical.

AI ordering is a little janky but the lady at the window tonight was on top of it! Got our order right even after AI messed it up a little bit and gave us the sauces we asked for without hesitation. Her demenor and customer service was spot on! No rush at the window, double checked on everything before handing our order over, cordial and super friendly. Made us feel like we were visiting family not a fast food establishment. Would give her 10 stars if I could. Cashier Myuneeka you were awesome! Made this pregnant lady's night :)

I came here years ago & it wasn’t a good experience however I came today and it was a huge difference. Very clean and friendly staff. Some of the hardest working staff I’ve seen in a while they go above and beyond to make sure your order is exactly how you want it.
