VERY disappointed. Looked my baby in her face and told her she could not get her ice cream because it was not her school fundraiser “day” . I was unaware you had to bring the ticket on a certain day. I ordered her ice cream and everything just for us to get to the window and THEN the lady proceeded to tell us our school was not today and gave the ticket back. I think the polite thing to do was to just take the ticket and not send a toddler home crying with no ice cream. That really hurt my feelings as a mom.

We came here 10/19/2025 said the store was open @ 12 but when we arrived at 12:15 door was locked and no sign on door saying they were closed sat till 1230 nobody showed up.

I LOVE this location! Jenna and Jessica are the best. My husband and I come in every Friday faithfully. The ice cream and frozen yogurt is always good, but Jenna and Jessica are what made it our tradition.

We have gone to this place over a dozen times since moving to Slidell in June. We order the same thing, Butter Pecan with gummies but today I noticed the older lady charged $1.39 for gummies so I questioned her about it. She had a nasty attitude so I told her I needed one w/o gummies to let her know I didn't have to accept her attitude. I always received excellent customer service from the younger people but this older woman seem to have a problem...I am not from here and I do not put up with antics like that. If the younger folks never charged me before it must not suppose to be charged. She need better customer service skills I am not the one!. My son enjoy the soft serve but I gave a 2 star b/c her this poor customer service.
