A super fun place to go to enjoy the flourishing Olde Towne of Slidell. The service is top notch and their selection is great as well. I love the live music and the different activities they host throughout the year.

Drinks are strong and good. Bar service is quick and friendly. Popular place, always busy on going out nights. They have huge garage door type windows that open up to the street. Good for cool nights. Saturday nights, they have quality bands that play from 10:00-1:00. Only drawback....no food but still an awesome bar.

Outstanding beer selection! Amazed at the huge selection of local beers they have. Fun local pub, although we only stopped in briefly before heading to dinner we enjoyed the vibe and the service. I'll certainly go back next time I'm in that neck of the woods.

Great tunes and AMAZING alcohol/beer selection. Location is perfect in old Slidell so you can walk pretty much anywhere else, but why would you want to leave here?

Leauxcal bar is a must do. Angelica, Bobby, Devin and several others will treat you well! Personable staff that have become friends Bands playing live music on the weekends and Some daily events to keep the good times rolling. Best chill bar during the day and lively spot at night.

It is a great atmosphere!! Live music on Friday nights. Lots of beer on tap. Could use a beer menu or the bartender actually knows the beers on tap. Asked for a wheat beer and the bartender didn't know Blue Moon was a wheat beer.

The bartender was nice to us. He explained to us for local craft beers that we both want to try. The vibe in there is so nice. The weather was nice outside and we sat by the window that was open. It is nice environment and just right off the main street in Slidell.

If you're looking for a go-to bar in the Slidell area, The Brass Monkey is where you need to go! We decided to stop for one more drink, before heading home, while in town for Mardi Gras, and we ended up staying until they closed at 2AM due to the inviting atmosphere, excellent drinks, and REMARKABLE bartender, Joel! Worth the drive to Slidell. Ask for Joel, and you won't be disappointed!
