This was the worst seafood I have ever had and I live at the beach in VA. As a Salt Queen, I must say this was so salty I could barely eat it. I took the beading off the shrimp hoping that would help but it didn’t. The shrimp were hard way over cooked. The oysters were ok and a little easier to eat salty. Couldn’t eat more than one bite of the fish? Glad I got the red beans and rice instant of French fries because I would have throw $25 down the drain. For $23 I got two small pieces of fish, two hard salty shrimp and 2 just at ok oysters and red beans and rice. The beans and rice were the opposite. They needed salt?. This was a one and done. I must say the server was excellent. She was personable and knew the menu well!! Oh their special sauces are spiced up honey mustard dressingParking: Lots of spaces

Cody made our experience so enjoyable. He was very fun and energetic. Definitely coming back and asking for Cody. Every. Single. Time.

ETOUFFE tasted like salt and cayenne. Didn't get our appetizers at all. Service was the worse I have experienced. It was great the first time we ate here and completed opposite this time. Not a good start to our 1 year anniversary celebration.

We thought we might get some authentic Cajun food here. So we were surprised to see that this is a chain and that the founder lives in Colorado where we came from! He is too far away to keep an eye on his restaurants! The place could use a good cleaning for starters. There was a feel of grime from the front windows to the chairs. Then the food....my husband had the jambalaya which was a bowl of dry brownish rice with a few tiny pieces of sausage and strings of chicken. He usually eats whatever is on his plate, but this stuck on his palette because it was so dry. There was no color or flavor in his food. I had the lobster bisque and it wasn't great but it was ok. To their credit, they removed the jambalaya from the bill, but that was small consolation and we still had to find lunch for my husband elsewhere.

Loved this place! Their food was amazing and they have a sampler for new guests to try some of their gumbo's and jambalaya. The kids choose the chicken and sausage jambalaya and chicken and sausage gumbo. Unfortunately they ran out of roasted beef so we didn't get to taste the roast beef po'boy. We did order the shrimp po'boy and fish po'boy which were good. Cajun fries could be a little more spicier but tasted great as well.We also ordered the fried pickles which tasted great as well. I will be back in other visits to Louisiana!

$11 for a cup of red beans that had no rice and was absolutely disgusting. Wish I didn't get it to go so I could have refunded. Cant believe I just took $11 and threw it in the trash. Food is GROSS!!

This lil gem is tucked away in the busy shopping center, so I'm glad I was driving around. This is true Louisiana Cajun cusine. That jambalaya was the truth, and the gumbo had me wanting to lick the bowl. Try the sampler like I did, so you can get a lil taste of it all.I left a happy camper.

I’ve been going here since this place opened and the lobster bisque has always been my favorite. Recently Ive started working in Fremaux Town Center so I always order Lost Cajun to go on my lunch break. I’ve noticed that the to-go portions are always significantly smaller than the regular portions when you dine in, but the menu prices remain the same whether you are taking the food togo or eating in. Because of this I just decided that I would order the lobster bisque when dining in so I wouldn’t keep getting small portions, and I would order other things from the restaurant instead that may come in a regular portion. I ordered the chicken pasta a couple of days ago and this was what I received ( for $16.00 might I add). It’s mainly chicken with a few strands of pasta and I was again sorely disappointed with my experience as the Lost Cajun. This has become pretty typical when ordering from here, which stinks because the food is good and the staff is always very nice. Not likely to continue ordering when the to-go portions are this laughable.

Stopped in based on the ratings but wish we would have gone somewhere else. Over heard the staff talking about being short staffed, that I can understand in today’s world but the food was lacking. Shrimp po-boy, fish and shrimp plate all missing seasoning. Don’t recommend

I ordered the Zydeco shrimp poboy because it was listed as being spicy. It was not...not even a little bit. So disappointing.

When we walked in the enviroment and setting was nice. We were greeted quickly by a friendly staff. We were sat and it took a moment to get our orders taken but we came right after lunch rush. We ordered 4 entrees and 2 appetizers. Prices were decent for seafood restaurant. Though the portions for the price was disappointing. The food had a generic unseasoned taste. On the small seafood platter (which is pictured) I got 2 fried shrimp, 2 fried oysters, and one filet fish split in half as 2 fish strips and a handful of fries for $17. It was more of a child's plate. The oyster (pictureds below) and shrimp platter each came with 6 of each, accordingly, and the oysters were very small. Over all the service and atmosphere was exceptional, but the food left us reluctant to go again.

I was immediately seated when I walked in at lunch time on a Sunday. It was only about half full. I always doubt the quality of a restaurant during peak mealtimes, and it is not packed. The sweet tea was perfect, not too sweet. I got the shrimp alfredo pasta. And it was ok. Had a bit of a kick. The restrooms were clean. I had to ask to pay my bill and it still took way too long to get that done. Maybe the waitress is a lost Cajun herself. Don't get lost here.

Cute place, but service not very good. Seafood gumbo and lobster bisque very good. Most other dishes I tried bland.

Cute place, but service not very good. Seafood gumbo and lobster bisque very good. Most other dishes I tried bland. The chicken and sausage gumbo was actually burnt.
