every time i come here, there's something wrong with my order. i asked for my wings well done once and they were cooked less than the fries. i don't like to make a fuss about little things but if you're gonna charge me extra for all flats then i expect all flats. this happens EVERY time. the staff might just be over worked. it might be a management issue but there's only ever one employee when i stop here.

At about 3:30, lunch time, I ordered my food over the phone and arrived 10 minutes later. My food was made cooked to order and probably the fastest service I've ever gotten from any Wingstop. The staff was also nice :) & store was extremely clean. Definitely recommend the Cajun wings !

I will never ever spend my money here again. Worse wing-stop location ever. They need to make a management change before it be a closed sign on the door.

Let me start off by saying, we love Wingstop. This location, however, is... far less than the best, let's just say. Wingstop is notorious for taking a long time. So we prefer to put in to go orders, and pick up when they're ready. Every single time we've ordered from them, and picked our food up within the original pickup window, our food has been cold. Like COLD cold. I'm surprised they don't at least keep it under a warmer until it's picked up. Or at least call when it's ready? Or maybe cold wing and fries is their new recipe? Also don't ever forget to check the bag before you leave because chances are there are NO sauces.

Terrible, the worker wouldn't let me put 2 sauces together on the two flavor order even after clarifying nicely other wing stops have let me done it before. Proceeded to get my order wrong and I asked for it to be fixed and she had a attitude for no reason back, thankfully a coworker came and told her to chill and fixed the order. After we finished our meal we were walking out the person I was with was told by a worker to throw our trash away when Wingstop has never had this rule or trash cans near by for this to be a thing. We just threw our food away and left no tip. Weirdest cashiers ever they looked off and kept cussing and talking to each-other and not paying attention to us talking about our order.

It doesn’t matter how you order you will be waiting for only God knows how long when you get here. Don’t bother calling they don’t answer the phone. ZERO STARS.

When I arrived I expected it to be busy but I also expected someone to take my order quickly. I work at Red Robin where we have two roles as cashiers, To-Go, and Servers. There were two people waiting on a bench, while three of the crew were in the back, perfectly in view of us customers. I waited, a young boy said that the woman in the back, seemingly not busy, would take my order in a moment. I waited politely while i chose what i wanted, and waited, and waited. He told me again she'll be with me soon but she still didn't come to me. A fourth person, perhaps from the other room, came and took my order swiftly. I'm not a judgmental person and I don't like to cause issues while ordering food. I'm disappointed that my first time to here, just after opening, I had to write a bad review.

Overcooked wings in a grease filled container. Soggy fries, forgot to put the sauce in the bag

I ordered 10 wings. The cashier only placed the order for 8 wings. Got home and only had 7 wings in the box. The employees were too busy talking about another wing stop store and the manager there. Will not be back.

I had high hopes for this location. Wingstop is my favorite place to go for wings and fries, but so far we've been pretty disappointed in this store. Couple weeks ago was our first try. We order bone-in and boneless along with fries and ranch. The bone-in wings were all overdone/dry and the fries were all under-seasoned, even though I asked for extra seasoning to avoid this problem. Yesterday night, we gave it another go. No sauces at all in our bag. Our fries were under-seasoned despite asking for extra seasoning again. I ordered lemon pepper bone-in wings and they were under-seasoned and dripping in oil, but even worse were all the tiny feathers still left in the skin of half the wings in the box. This is unacceptable. They're getting 2 stars instead of 1 because the boneless wings haven't been bad so far. As a former waitress, I understand that they're very busy with this new location and trying to get the hang of things. I'm hoping that some constructive criticism will help with performance. I know how good Wingstop is supposed to be based on my past experience in stores at north Louisiana locations. I'm just going to wait awhile for this store to get themselves together before going back. For now, I advise checking to-go orders thoroughly before leaving the store when choosing this location.

This placed just opened so any review is not fair to them. So here we go. I ordered bone in at 5:11 pm and the boneless at 5:25. The bone in was ready at 5:36pm and the boneless came out at 5:50pm The ordering area is very cramped and might get tight if busy. Now I ordered at buff's last week and I threw my money away, now back to Wingstop first the boneless they were way better than buffs and was tasty but don't get me wrong I am no fan of boneless if you want boneless go to McDonald's for the chicken nuggets. Now to my order a bone-in, the atomic was way hotter than buff's hottest and I also loved how saucy the wings were I did get a to go order, when I did look in my bag it revealed no napkins, not good if I was getting it at lunch time and had to go back to work. Also I did not find any dipping sauce such as blue cheese. I don't know if is offered or a extra. I will give this place a four stars at this time and only at this time because it just opened and it wouldn't be fair of me to give it three but as with any other place that just opened it does have its growing pains. One thing I would say is they need to 60 cent bone-in wings on a special.
