I was passing through on my way back to Houston a decided to stop in for something to eat. The food and service were outstanding. Roxxy was so warm and welcoming. The oysters were amazing, the drinks were awesome and the vibes were spectacular! I’ll be back!

When I tell Yall that Tipsey's is the place to be...Please Believe Me. The Food is So Good and the Hospitality made me feel right at home. Tipsey's is a Safe Fun Joint to go chill, have a good time and Party. Roxie and the staff are so Welcoming and Karoake Night was too much Fun. The food and service were terrible. I visited from out of town my family members said it was so good I wouldn't recommend this place to the homeless. The prices are not consistent price weren't what was on the menu. The seafood boil was terrible tasted like oil who's boiling? Call the health department . Not a friendly environment. I tried to talk establishment never saw the owner. Don't ever go there. Hazardous to your health. Rate 0

Food is ok some things on the menu are better than others. Drinks are not bad as with any bar drink enough of them and you will feel good. Thursday nights are the best. Live dj and pool tournament.
