On our recent trip through Slidell, we wanted to try local food. The reviews were mixed on this restaurant but decided to give it a try. The staff was friendly, and answered all our questions. The service was good, our food was hot, fresh and very tasty. Prices were comparable to other restaurants. And the atmosphere was very pleasant. Very family oriented. Would definitely go again.
Wonderful authentic seafood restaurant in Slidell. Great owners! Fantastic staff. Speckled trout was awesome. Soft shells off the chain. Their gumbo is great! Dinner was so good, we had to come back Saturday for Po' Boys. Ordered the famous roast beef and fried shrimp. Po' Boys were fresh and delicious.
This place is a hidden gem. The location gets overlooked and when you walk inside, nothing to be excited about but just give it a chance. Drink and food specials posted by the door. Drinks are cheap but don't lack quality! Pasta dishes are huge and creamy. Crab claws are plentiful! Seafood tastes fresh
