Service was slow even though not a single customer in restaurant at the time. Food was crappy at best. Couldn't get a refill on coffee to save my life. Had to ask repeatedly for the rest of my meal to be brought to me. All this even though there was 4 cooks and 4 waitresses on the clock. Will never go back to this location ?

The cook/manager is extremely rude and has terrible customer service skills. Not only was he rude to us as customers but was also rude to the poor waitress. The waitress accidentally put down an extra plate of bacon on our table and he was yelling at her over it then said “charge them for it.” So when she came back to the table I let her know that she could take it back we had not eaten it. Then I’m pretty sure he took that bacon from our table and gave it to another customer which in food service is a no no. You don’t berate your coworkers in front of everyone and you most definitely don’t try to charge someone extra for a mistake that was made by your establishment. The guy was all around just loud and wrong.
