I went through the drive thru this morning for a chicken biscuit combo and soft drink and within 30 minutes I was throwing up multiple times and had to leave a work event. I'm not sure if the oil hadn't been changed or chicken under cooked. Service wasn't bad in the drive thru and didn't see the inside atmosphere to review. I hope no one else got sick.

To the drive-thru associate that accused me of stealing icing when she never gave me the 2nd scoop of icing on the Cinnabon to begin with, I IMMEDIATELY drove to the next nearest Wendy’s and got the perfect Cinnabon with EXTRA ICING AS I PAID FOR. This is what a CINNABON WITH EXTRA ICING looks like, not that see through dried up piece of dough you tried to sell me and tell me I stole icing from.
I literally circled the drive-thru on Old Spanish Trail, to request what I paid for once I realized they had my order wrong, she kept telling me she “swear to God” she put extra icing on it for me. I politely asked the 2 associate’s that to put it in a cup or something so I can leave and ONLY she declined, she even accused me of stealing the icing and raising my voice telling me to lower my voice and calm down. She was so disrespectful the whole time. I requested my refund a left. She knows who she is, light skin lady, deep voice, wears eyeglasses, just under her ear length wavy hair.

This place just gets worse every time you go there. I’ve given it several tries but nothing g has changed. They take forever to answer the intercom and when they do it’s with an attitude. They’re never in the proper working attire. Owners need to clean house and start over.
Nobody at front of store wears gloves but still touch my old ass cold fries. When I requested a new fry the supervisor manager with the very dirty yellow shirt stated nNO because those are fresh. Went inside and it looks like a used toilet. Avoid this location at all cost and just go on to Smalls where customer service is real.

You know how you frequent a place because it's convenient, but poor service eventually forces you to stop? That's where I am with this Wendy's. The service is garbage. All the employees, including the night manager, stare at you like they don't understand why you're there. They all have earbuds in and their phones in their hands, so you have to repeat yourself. Orders come out wrong. They rarely say thank you. Just another spot giving shifty experiences in an area where it's all too common. I'm done.

Got a spicy chicken meal 11/15/24 and got food poisoning, was sick for 4 days and had to miss work because my stomach was tore up. Wasn't sure it was from this location until my father in law told me he ate there the day before and got sick as well. Quality check needs to be performed there cause if that happens again I'm gonna save the food and have it tested. Someone should be held accountable.
