Wow just wow..how this location stays in business I can’t imagine. 6pm and front door is locked no sign as to why we thought it was closed for some reason then walked all the way around thru flower bed to find the door close to drive thru is the only one open. We go in stood for atleast 5-6 minutes at the front counter before someone acknowledges us and comes to the counter. We ordered the food and the walk to the seating area was very adventurous. The floor was so slippery from being mopped w dirty water we were slipping and sliding all over the place.when the food came out it was cold. My little boys burger had a red hair in it. We almost threw up. Wendy’s need to pay attention to this place it’s brining their name down. Someone will slip and fall on that slippery floors. All the tables and seats were so sticky we had to get our own napkins and wet them in bathroom and wipe just so we can sit down and eat. Good thing we were just passing thru on our way to Florida. We will definitely never ever come back to this one even in the way back.

Went and ordered two meals large and two meals medium. Got one large fries worth divided to the four meals. Never buying from this Wendy’s again

If I owned this place, I would change the order menu to voice ai like the Taco Bell down the road so my customers don’t leave without ordering because of order takers shitty attitudes.

Second time in two weeks, we went there.No tomatoes were put on both of our burgers. Ordered baked potatoes, extra butter, extra sour cream.Check the bag and there's no sour cream.And the girl at the window is so rude. She proceeds to tell me that they are out of sour cream. Wouldn't you tell somebody that before you ordered the potato's. When asked, she slammed the window shut and walked off. We had to go to walmart to buy sour cream. Also, if you're out of tomatoes, maybe that should be posted upon ordering as well.

Why have an app you can order on then get to location sat for 5 min no one came to ask me my order. Had to cancel on the app and go somewhere else. Btw it is 9:30pm. Does not close till midnight. You can hear people in there. Honored the horn 3 times. No one came to the window. Ridiculous! Shame on me because this is not the first time this happened at this location. Will be the last. .

11.13.25 2nd time in we tried to enter dining room before 8pm & it was locked. Ladt week 8pm had no chili. Last night, had chili, but after a 5mile drive home, it was cold. Losing faith in Wendy's.
Wasn't accepting cash. Very slow service. I assume it was because of them being understaffed. Worker was friendly and still smiled, despite the hectic scene surrounding her.

Ordered online tonight for 5 of us. Pulled to window and told us to pull up they would walk food out and took 20 minutes just to have old cold food. And I'm saying the fries were cold redips and sandwiches ice cold. May not have been a lot of money since we got biggie bags but still that's a lot of money to us that was wasted. Horrible I normally don't complain but nothing was hot or ever warm!
