My husband and I like going to get the specials at Wendy's a few times a month. Wendy's has great prices and meal deals, especially the Big Bags!! Very good service!

My lane kept getting stuck and having to wait several minutes before they fixed it, and that's sucks especially when you pay for time at least 10 times it happened. The guys working the counter were more worried about their phones and telling guest it's a hour and half wait time, told us the same thing and we waited maybe 15 mins at the most. Seen large groups walk out because of this. My first and last time I will go.

Fries were old & hard my burger was not made correctly
We went through the drive thru so the atmosphere was drive thruey but it was 11pm and I used mobile order so food and service was great considering very little is open after 11pm at night.

When you walk in and your feet stick to the floor you start to doubt the cleanliness of the entire store...still I went ahead and ordered food. While doing that I observed a female employee cleaning the drink area with bare hands and a dirty rag. I finish my order and am making a drink when the same employee us now restocking lids with the same dirty hands that were holding the wash rag. She sees me and proceeds to dig her dirty fingers in the lids and hands me one. I politely said "oh no thank you. Your hands are dirty from cleaning" Well that triggered the girl who then yells at me "omg lady! My hands are clean!" If these are your cleaning habits....then I'm really disappointed. I took my food but didn't eat it.. . You serve food......clean better!

The Wendy’s location on Gause Blvd in Slidell, LA is so disgusting. My family and I were passing through, on our way out of LA. We went inside so the kids could use the restroom and stretch their legs. The entire restaurant floor was sticky. Both men’s and women’s bathrooms were unkept and without soap. My husband and son gave me the rundown of the men’s bathroom. My real question is, how are the EMPLOYEES washing their hands then?! After this question was posed to me by my husband, I lost interest in the food I ordered. Also, when my kids went to get their drinks, the napkin dispenser had ketchup all over it. So, no napkins for us. I went to fix their fountain drinks and the drink kiosk was so disgusting. It had dry, sticky, caked on soda ALL over the place, plus puddles on the floor. I will never go back to this place. So gross. I don’t know how the employees can work in that kind of environment and not try to keep it clean. I also don’t understand how they have ever passed a health inspection.

This is the 3rd time our food was cold and our order was inaccurate. And this was early evening, around 6:15 pm, with no customers in the restaurant or in drive-thru line. I wouldn't recommend this particular franchise to anyone!
