The staff dont care they dont seem to want to work but rather just slowly make orders , I saw a door dasher wait over 40 mins and they still didnt have his silvery made he was the longest waiting one I saw several other wait 15 plus mins some just left.

Wingstop in Slidell has the absolute worst service and food. If you actually get your food it’s drenched in grease and takes hours at times. Employees stand around doing nothing while customers stand there and wait. After over a hour of waiting I cancelled my order. This has happened more than once.

Very provocative trap music so loud you can’t talk. Drugs and paraphernalia in bathroom. Ordered a large amount of wings dry rubbed. They came out in a bright orange sauce. Sent them back and within minutes had “new wings” washed refried dry rubbed and still bright orange. Parent came in with children and left without ordering.

I ordered 20 wings with the 3 dry rubs they offer. None of the dry rubs stuck to the wings. Very disappointing. 😖

I ordered my food through door dash because it doesn’t matter what time you place an order, it’s gonna take forever, i come 10 mins after the time and they gave my order to someone else -_- and then yall just stand around chit chattin and not letting me know that my order has to be re made. Like come on now. Yall need to get it together and pay attention.

They will forget your food even when they are not busy. This is the 5th time it has happened..... and they DO NOT UTILIZE PROPER HYGIENE PROTOCOLS. Touching the cashier then chicken with no wash in between with no gloves and one guy coughed on the food then bagged it. Insanely understaffed.

Order was just wrong . I ordered two 10. Piece combos . They stuffed all of the wings in 1 box. One order was supposed to be well done. Also the Wings were cold. Fries were Cold. This is the second time my order was incorrect. The last time I ordered bone in wings and I was given boneless wings That were hard and cold . I would advise to order take out and check your order for accuracy. And they refused to give me a refund.
