My overall experience was pretty good here. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food came out hot, and it was well prepared. I had original bone in hot wings, louisiana boneless, and the louisiana voodoo fries. The flavor of everything was on point and tasted great. The drink machine wasn't working, no big deal, the sweet tea was still available. The only thing keeping this review from a 5 star is that the music was super loud. I could hardly hear myself think, let alone talk to the other people I was with without yelling to each other.

Even though the location was very busy, the service was great. Demarcus was very energetic and friendly with my family. Food was ready faster than expected and was cooked perfectly!

Drinks from their machine takes dirty and no ice EVER. Waited over an hour for my food and was told “personal” online orders are not first to be made, it is the DoorDash orders and Uber orders first the. Customers there ordering. This is bullshit. What kind of restaurant does that!?! Then when I asked for a manager the girl said the manager wasn’t here I asked “so you have no manager on site right now” and she said oh oh well yea we do I guess you want to talk to them? Like what kind of bullshit joke is that!?

I ordered a chicken sandwich from Wingstop, but when I went to pick it up, I was told they were out of chicken patties. Instead, they gave me chicken tenders—without even the decency of putting it on a bun! No apology or heads-up about the substitution, and the whole experience felt like they didn’t care at all about quality or customer satisfaction.

Driving for food service companies this place gives me anxiety due to hostile atmospheres between workers and other customers. I constantly get asked to double or triple check orders because they are always wrong. I decided to order some for myself today through a mobile order and wasn’t notified that they were out of fries which was a big part of my order. Instead of calling like any other place they substitute it with corn without notifying or asking. They purposefully gave out wrong food. I ordered a brownie and never received that either nor was I told if they ran out but judging by their lack of communication they probably just ran out. I have never seen an establishment this poorly ran. I have also never worked at an establishment that didn’t know how to properly order inventory.

came here after a hard day at school and then work. was EXTREMELY HUNGRY AND UPSET. as soon as i walked in i was greeted IMMEDIATELY and it took no time to get my food out. Demarcus the manger on duty ensured my food was fresh and great tasting. i would recommend to anyone thinking abt coming here to come ASAP. everything was a 10/10 and truly made my day better.

Demarcus is great! He was the manager on duty during our visit. He ensured we got our food in a timely manor. He even visited us at our table to make sure everything was going well. This was one of my weekly visits and I was pleased.
