If I can give them a negative -5 I will but my experience with wing stop in here was HORRIBLE !! Horrendous!! I did an online order and got there I felt my bad already soggy and about to drop out my hands I had two bags then arrived home and missing food call up there to got one missing meal she said come up here and it will be ready when u arrived so I drove up and pulled it I let my older son to receive it with in 30 mins in the car waiting on him I walked in the so called manager young boy about to tell him that the order wasn't in the system. I talk to him and he said you got your receipt I said I paid online showing him the order and said that the receipt I got y'all put with the rest btw the boys was high as a kite and also server was on her phone the whole time like she don't give a damn and she did that with every customer came in when mad at the point I ask her to talk to a gm or manger to make it better and the kid come back and I said oh he is the manager? I was expecting someone else or something I understand there is young manager but he couldn't even keep his eyes opened while talking to me NEVER SPEND YOU MONEY HEAR FOOD WAS SOGGY AND NASTY WASNT WOTH THE AMOUNT I PAID FOR THAT PRICE I COULD HAD WENT TO MCDONALDS FOR CHEAPER!!!!

Starters, we were greeted as we entered the door and every guest behind us as all of those who came in following. The place is small and only seats 4 tables. The fries were over cooked and burnt. The wings and flavor was on point. The staff was very friendly but it did take some time to get us our order and we were first in before the lunch rush. Nothing really negative except the long wait time and the burned, over cooked fries.

Never any drink, ordered a huge meal and came with drinks. Only had Diet Coke and it was so watery. No Ice ever as well. Requested a bottle water since there is no drink or ice and she said she needed to charge me extra for it haha. How when it's yall fault they don't have drink or ice. Food was HORRIBLE, no seasoning on wings, corn cold and soggy and This location is GARBAGE.

Ordered through doordash. And it was the most disgusting food I ever tried to eat. Literally the most salt ever placed on chicken. Next time, save money and just buy a container of salt.

I placed an order on the app. When the food arrived it was not my complete order only French fries. We ordered 80.00 worth of wings and fries and only received fries. I contacted the restaurant only to be met with a manager that didn't have time to handle my complaint even though she stated my order was on the counter. I was told to call the following day to speak to the general manager. I did. She was a little more helpful and stated she was going to contact the regional manager to issue my refund. It has been over a week and a refund has not been issued to me. I have filed complaints online and still no contact or resolve. I'm unsure who owns this particular location but they should be ashamed of their management. I will not be giving this location any more business and would not recommend ordering delivery through the app because if there are mistakes with your order no one will try to correct it.

I’v purchase on two separate occasions occasions had wings with the bones & the wings were fried hard dry & cold, the second time boneless wing’s slightly warmed batter hard , Fries we’re cold & burnt this was big a turn off. Wing stop need to wing it up.

FOOD IS HORRIBLE. not good at all. no ice. no napkins. drinks are watered down. too salty. didn't give me all of my order. i recived my order rock hard, barelyyy any chicken all crust, felt like my heart was about to collapse when i took a bite oil came spewing out into my mouth. very disappointed with my order but i'll be trying again at a different location. They take entirely WAYYYY too long here. If you place an order online, whatever the time says, triple it. This is my second time here and both times took over 1 hour to get food. Online said 16-21 minutes it took an hour. Very very frustrating. I would've requested a refund for the long wait had I not paid online already. Staff was friendly but 1 hour for some boneless wings and fries is CRAZY.

Food is standard because of being a franchise that caters to its officianados. The difference is always made by the people that serve the customer. That service was standard which is reflected in the stars given. While the food was made available in 20 minutes, we were also audience to some interesting lapses in orders, some interesting exchanges and lack of courtesy for the customer's experience. So, collect your stuff but double check for whether everything was provided.

The absolute WORST place to pick up Door Dash/Uber Eats orders!! This place is grossly understaffed, and the employees don't really care how long you wait for your food! There were 2 employees tonight and 9 tickets hanging up to be prepared!Picked up a Door Dash order tonight and we waited 25 minutes for the order to be ready. It's not worth it!This location was out of ice and another item was removed from the menu, yet they allow customers to order them online, so we have to call customers to tell them and decide what else they'd like. Why not fix your menu so this doesn't happen?? Absolutely hate picking up from this restaurant!Go eat here immediately after eating, and by the time you're hungry again, maybe your food will be ready.
