The food and staff are absolutely amazing. What really had me is when I went to go place an order and yall had 1 I mean only 1 employee working. On a game day with tickets piling in. We decided not to order and save her some time. Really disappointing such an amazing establishment understaffed

Placed a delivery order off the website and forgot the blue cheese. Called to see if I could purchase it and include it with the order. 30 minutes went by and the dadher delivered the food while I was still on hold without talking to anyone. Terrible service.

NEVER AGAIN....Food was not hot despite the fact that I waited one hour for my pre ordered food. Ordered at 12:12 got to the restaurant at 12:40 giving them the estimated time to have the order ready according to the app, the girl asked if I was picking up, gave her my name and they started making my order. Got my order at 12:58. Don't respect people's time, if i had time to waste sitting waiting for my food I wouldn't bother to order ahead.

I think this new location just needs some time to get better. I am excited to have a second, cleaner, more professional location in Slidell. Service is great; however, the cooks need to apply more seasoning to the chicken and cook the fries a little longer. I am confident this store will get there. Growing pains, that's all. But the price was a bit steep. I paid over $60 for three 10pc combos. Yikes!

Decided to try the new place for the first time and was not impressed. I understand I had takeout and everything wouldn't be piping hot, but ....the skin on the naked wings was really chewy and the fries were way under cooked. I threw everything in the air fryer at 400 deg for 6+ minutes and it was then edible. Also we purchased 10 hot and 10 mild and neither of the sauces had much flavor, so we added some from the fridge.

Called order in waited 25 minutes. Drive pick up told be few minutes 25 minutes later told used our wings for another order and had wait another 30 minutes to catch up with backup orders horrible service tonight

this is the WORST WINGSTOP! the girl “ Alexia “ has a TERRIBLE attitude very argumentative NO customer service skills !!! food was greasy after waiting so long because every single team member was playing around the WHOLE TIME… fries were COLD! no hats were worn , the lobby was dirty , the drink machine was disgusting …. whoever runs this store needs to reevaluate their employees that they hire !!!! it has been a wreck ever since it opened!!!!!!! i will NEVER be returning here!
