Good experience here! And I definitely think yellowtail sushi and grill closed down. Not sure why.

Best sushi ever I got a roll and it was humongous Miss Nungky thank you very much! The habatchi chicken will make me come back just 2 miles from the TA truck stop bobtail here again

This is the place to be when in need of sushi in Slidell great atmosphere very clean miss Nita was very helpful I love their dragon roll and the mystery roll miss nungky made for me!!!

Wonderful, clean restaurant with a very attentive staff. This was our first time here. We had miso soup, yakisoba noodles with beef, Philadelphia roll, Special eel roll, and the Bourbon roll. The prices initially seemed a little high, but they delivered on every aspect. There was more meat than filler in the rolls. The Bourbon roll was HUGE, it is a meal all in itself. Less than $50 for two people and with container full of leftovers. We left two very happy and full people with a desire to return soon.

The sushi was tasty, the service was excellent.

Yellowtail has a great menu with an extensive sushi line, as well as hibachi and other traditional Japanese fare. The man who runs the place is extremely friendly and welcoming. The prices are very competitive compared to other Japanese restaurants in Slidell. It's always nice to find such a great spot right here in the neighborhood.

The server was super friendly she actually cracked a joke. I had the Sashimi Naruto, it was delish (no rice).

Teriyaki salmon incredible! Service excellent. Price doable. Parking good. Sushi fresh and tasty. Even the soup and salad very good.

My son and I wanted something different for lunch. We stopped in at yellow tail and it was amazing. The service is top notch and the food is so fresh. I will definitely be stopping in again.

I ordered today through Waitr. This was the first time I've had their food since they changed owners. My sister in law had eaten there and she and her husband said it wasn't good but I gave it a try. It was not good at all. I was extremely disappointed. Pretty sure the tuna in both my spicy tuna roll and Metairie roll was bad. I threw them away after eating 1 piece.

Excellent service and the sushi rolls are not small! Great fresh food!!! That staff and owner are extremely kind with fast service.

New owners changed the menu and i lost my favorite rolls, can't say anything bad about the place other then that. Service is still good too.

Was one of the best sushi joint on the northshore now it just gone downhill
