Tried the new McCrispy Strips with the Sweet Chili McCrispy sauce. Chicken is well seasoned and the sauce really tied it all together. I gave it 3 stars in Service and Atmosphere because I was in the drive thru. But my niece did like the flowers planted outside so 1 more star for ambience lol

I will be calling corporate office tomorrow morning to file a formal complaint for the unprofessional service I received at 8:32 am on Feb 23, 2025 in the Drive Thru. Absolutely horrible service from 1 associate that was upset we ordered food and checked our order, Im glad we did because we were missing items. Im sure everything is on camera and we can identify the employee!!!
I hate eating at McDonalds but, when you’re traveling it is the most available place. This specific McDonalds is the reason I don’t like it. Ordered Steak bagel sandwich. Overcooked and no onions on it. Yes, it’s supposed to have them. Bagels were hard! I had to place my own order with the kiosk which I hate! Would have been quicker going through the drive thru. The lady who handed me the food was very unpleasant and disappeared quick. I do eat at McDonalds when I’m at home and the people are nice and the food is good. So I don’t say this as if I would never go to one. But I will definitely go to the next exit to one and not this one!

I visited this restaurant early morning during hours of operations and was left at the window the drive thru lady seen me didn't not bother to greet me or take my order.she continue to do her stocking it was very unprofessional and would never return to this establishment because it states that they are open but customer service was a zero.....

Ordered the Crispy chicken meal from McDonalds in Sorrento, LA. Chicken patty was not crispy and was not very tasty. Fries were generally good.

The food was fresh and hot, the line was not long but it still took a bit before I was able to place my order in the drive thru. When I got to the windows to pick up my food I requested more ket help and the lady said it's in your bag. I asked again for my. I smother ketchup on everything and knew whatever 2 packs in the bag were NOT enough. She acted like she did not want to put forth the effort to get them but she did. And thank goodness, because just like I thought there was only 2 packs in the bag. There's really no parking here or not much of any.
