Food is amazing! Buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuut long wait time! And employees are too busy minding their business. Up to you if you want to wait and if you do you won't regret it.

The absolute worst experience. They were rude. No customer service. When I asked her where my sauce was after she pulled me up on a mobile order, she argued with me about my sauce!! Then said “oh well you can come in and get it”

Rude. Said all they had is white meat & when I asked for a timeframe for dark meat , she said they only have white meat ??? How? She only added one jalapenos to my order I told her before I paid I needed more & she told me I’d have to drive around again . Smh just nasty customer service for no reason

Took a while but was worth the wait! Louisiana Popeyes just hits different than West Coast

This is one of the worst Popeyes in Louisiana. The other day when I went. They didn't have any dark meat, biscuits or chicken sandwiches because they weren't cooked. They were out of blackened ranch, coke, cole slaw and their tea was spoiled. This isn't the first time I have had a bad experience here, it is every time I go in. This is one of the few restaurants at this exit so I go more than I should.

This place needs to be investigated and shutdown. Horrible service. Disgusting food. 3rd world country operation. The past several attempts to come here they tell me “the drive thru lane is closed” and that I have to order inside. I ended up going in once just to see, and to no surprise there’s a dead squashed rodent on the floor greeting you right as you walk in with two workers sitting at a high top playing on their phones. Done with today’s fast food chains.

The nastiest Popeyes I've ever been too. Food and dirt all over the walls, floors and tables. The workers all seemed to hate their life there and were yelling out at each other the whole time. They were out of everything that we asked for. We were told "we ain't got none". The chicken was tough and dry as sandpaper. The drink machine is nasty and the drinks tasted even worse. Do not waste any of your time here.
