Stopped in to grab a 6 inch sandwich for my son. The sandwich virtually had three pieces of chicken on it was charged $8.61. The guy behind the counter not sure if he was the owner or not didn’t say one word to me. I told him thank you and he looked at me like I was crazy. It’s a shame because none of the sandwiches that they were putting out looked remotely like the ones that are On the billboard.

My husband went to the Springfield Subway location in Springfield, LA today and picked us up two sandwiches. I ordered a 6in tuna salad Subway sandwich. When he got home and I opened my tuna sandwich it hardly has any tuna on the sandwich! I only got tomato, mayo and black olives on it so of course I should have been able to see the tuna. This is not the first time I have gotten a “very STINGY Sandwich from the Springfield location!
I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau cause correct me if I’m wrong but tuna fish is not that expensive for them to be so stingy! I also placed a picture of my sandwich on Facebook so everyone can see what I’m talking about! They will never get my business again and I hope anyone else who has had this happen to them will help me spread this to everyone so this can be stopped from happening to someone else!
They have poor customer service. And just the worst attitude ever.Plus my food was almost 20 dollars for the meal of the day with no extra toppings . I will never go bck

The sign on the front of the store says meal of the deal $6.99 for a 6 inch with a drink, chips or 2 cookies. I ordered a 6 inch with only 3 slices of ham, 2 slices of cheese and a small amount of mayo. No drink, just the sandwich. I did get 3 cookies. But I was charged almost $10. I was charged more than what the sign says bit I got less items. My agent who was with me paid almost $20 for foot long meal. Wth. They jacked up the prices.
Im not racist, and dont like that this sounds racist, but it sure seems that the new owners of ALL these Subway's are now way overpriced for food that isn't even fresh anymore. Just like all our dang gas stations where everything is overpriced..
On two separate occasions, which are the only two times I’ve been here since moving to Springfield from NY, staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. The scowls, the tone, and refusal to take a gift card were enough to drive me away permanently. Save yourself an unpleasant interaction and go to Cain’s for a premade sandwich.
