The food is OK if your on the run only. The ice cream is great. The service is horrible. They allow you to sit in drive through for over 10 minutes till you give up and go to the window to be told that drive thru is out of order. Most of the employees there have bad and unprofessional attitudes and have a way of showing that they can care less about anything and that they are selfishly there to just get a paycheck.
I stop here often for drinks and food. Yesterday morning I got some mozzarella sticks that were over cooked, we pushed the button and let them know and within a minute a girl came out and got the old ones and brung us new ones. Nobody was rude or had an attitude, everyone seemed to be doing a great job! Keep it up it’s been great here lately.
The three stars are for the customer service and fries.I don't believe the saying, "Customers are always right" because you have some people out there just to create chaos for someone else.So I was hungry and stopped here to get me a #1, SONIC Cheeseburger Combo, no onions, pickles, or lettuce. with fries, and you guys know me, HOT FRIES AND A LARGE CHERRY LEMONADE NO ICE.Everything was fine until I tried my fries!I don't leave the window until I check my food...
