“I love Stonewall Pizza :) It is the only pizza place out here that delivers which is awesome and they always call when they arrive. Any time they have made an error (which happens... it's life and we are human) they have always made up for it, and kept my business. I remember once they forgot a topping on a pizza and another they forgot the soda.... both times they credited it to my account. Grateful<3“

He talked to his employees with respect as he clearly ensures he leads by example. He kept smile on his face and make sure our food was fresh. “I believe in giving credit where it's due. I went out on a limb and ordered pizza and wings to watch Monday night football. The kicker is that I had not ordered from this pizza hut in about a year because of a very nasty, rude driver. However, we decided to try this location again for pick up. Once I went into the store to get the order, I told the cashier I should have a credit due to the last incident, as indicated by the district manager when I called in my complaint. The young man did not see the credit in the system but wanted to accommodate me for giving them another chance. I appreciated the integrity shown and the willingness to go above and beyond to keep me as a customer. Thank you to the Pizza Hut staff at the Southern Loop location in Shreveport! Good job!“
