Wrong sandwich order given to me. I call them up explaining the situation. They say that I didnt even say plain and didnt offer a refund or another burger- I had to say suggest another burger for me. It was an older lady. She didnt even say sorry.

Quality of food was pretty good. A notch above other burger restaraunts down the street. Service was mediocre. Cashier couldnt find requested menu item on ordering kiosk. Self serve napkins and drink lids were empty. Drink dispenser was out of Coca Cola! Trash can cabinets were left open. No trash bags were in containers inside. There were more employees outside taking break, than inside waiting on customers

Very rude left me at the drive threw 20 minutes told me to hold on never came back on I drove around they say there not taken orders there backed up it’s 10:43 at night there 24 hour They are rude the pink haired girl rolled her eyes very unprofessional and they say she’s a manager

They were friendly, my order was ready on time, it was a clean store inside and out, the food was good, and the food was also free. I give absolutely honest reviews , sometimes brutally. I had absolutely nothing bad to say at all. I'm impressed. Thank you for taking pride in how you keep your store, how you run it. And the employees that you choose to hire which gives an equal GOOD reflection of everything there. The manager is doing a great job. Too many fast food places are not good on all levels. Horrible even. Restaurants too. They hire anyone and hire people that don't reflect the image they're trying to convey to the world. Their employees don't fit their branding because they're rude, lazy and treat people inhumane just to be mean. It's a disgrace. I'm proud to see that some people take their jobs seriously and are not slacking in their job or finding reasons to abuse their power to mistreat people. I am thankful. I walked about 3 miles to get my food It was hot but the experience was worth it even though I took my food to go. I got a crispy onion whopper and cheese tots. First time eating both and they were good. Thank you for being decent just because. Even when you don't know people are watching. Too many people just are not nice people and enjoy purposeful oppression. It was a breath of fresh air in my day

Employees ignored me the moment I walked in, I ordered online and my order was done when I got there, but I still had to wait for someone to bring it for 10 minites. food looks terrible and tastes terrible
Always made fresh. Idk if it's bc of what I order or the time of night but it's always hot hot 🔥! Also, BK is the ONLY place that they NEVER forget my sauces. That is appreciated.
