Worst drive-thru experience. They pulled me up without giving me my card back, Gave me the wrong drink and the wrong food after I sat for 10 minutes. None of the employees looked like they cared about even being there. Awful. Don't go here.

At first broiler was broke down. Then no one , not even manager could get me a refund on my mobile app. And i refuse to leave without food or a refund for my money, which no one knew how to get. Then after a while they got the broiler to work and I waited on my food. What a nightmare.

Very frustrating. The 2 stars are only because the food wasn't bad however the customer service was horrible. The wait was long even after receiving the food we had not received the drinks. 2 employees came out and asked if we had received all our food and both times we let them know we were missing drinks. We ended up having to get down to get them. What's the point of drive thru if we still have to go in to get the food
Got the how to train your dragon meal and they didn't give me the ice cream, mozzarella sticks, or the toy. Instead gave me French fries when I didn't order fries.

I really enjoy a texas double whopper from time to time. Their eggnormous burrito is great too. I think the burgers are much better here than mcdonalds. It's always fast through the drive thru. It is fast food though so it only gets 4 stars.
