I really enjoy a texas double whopper from time to time. Their eggnormous burrito is great too. I think the burgers are much better here than mcdonalds. It's always fast through the drive thru. It is fast food though so it only gets 4 stars.

Very slow service. Went to drive thru at 6:33 pm No one was inside. 3 cars infront of me. Waiting over 30 minutes and no food to get 2 whoppers and order of onion rings. Going to ask for a refund

I’ll be honest and say. When a Whopper is cooked right, it is by far my favorite fast food burger. However, it seems 9/10 times the entire experience is a huge letdown. This place is in dire need of a remodel. Rust on the front counter hardware. Unprofessional and unclean workers up front. Not driven by excellence for sure. I went yesterday and received my order 27 minutes after ordering. Nothing crazy, 2 whoppers, cheeseburger and chicken fries. Not to mention, we were missing a burger. Good thing I checked before I went home. This place needs a HUGE management and/ or ownership overhaul. Safe to say that I am just about done with BK.
