“I ordered via Doordash so IDK about the actual restaurant, but the food is always amazing. I dream about the crawfish pistolettes and get them every time, but tonight I tried the gumbo and fried tomatoes for the first time and Y'ALL... you did it again. Delicious! I forgot how much food comes with the order and now I have lunch for tomorrow too, so that's even better. The gumbo tasted like homemade, I got an unexpected side of potato salad that tasted like my Mama made it, and the tomatoes were surprisingly yummy! Of course, that pistolette was the best part, though. 100% I'll order again every time I'm in town. Love this place!!”

“Alan the GM gave us a great rate for 6 rooms. Rooms were ready when we got there, comfortable and clean. We were exhausted & we ate at the onsite restaurant & utilized the bar. Not to hold it against GM or employees, but the restaurant was understaffed. They did allow & encourage us because of the wait to do GrubHub which turned out great! Breakfast very good waffles, fresh fruit, yogurt parfait, bacon, eggs, gravy, breads, biscuits, sausage, muffins, grits, cereals, etc. Dinner food from the restaurant was good. Bartender- Excellent. Staff was very very friendly. Kudos to you all for an awesome overnight rest.”

“I love Checkers and their outdoor picnic area, especially in the evenings, it has a cool vibe. Their food is consistently great, I absolutely love those fries. The service was very pleasant, helpful and courteous

Parking: Plenty of parking and if you can't find parking there are 2 drive thrus.

Kid-friendliness: Its outdoor picnic setting makes it very kid friendly, in my opinion, no real noise restrictions. Children can be children.”

“My son was craving a good donut and of course it was later in the afternoon! So we went to Dunkin’ and the young lady (forgot to get a name) was very sweet and professional! He is 11 so he is trying to be independent and order on his own. She was patient and helped him navigate through his order! He said the donuts were delicious!”
