“My son was craving a good donut and of course it was later in the afternoon! So we went to Dunkin’ and the young lady (forgot to get a name) was very sweet and professional! He is 11 so he is trying to be independent and order on his own. She was patient and helped him navigate through his order! He said the donuts were delicious!“

“I ordered an ice cream cake a week and half ago. When I showed to pick it up this morning, it looks like my order didn’t go through and the cake was never made. The staff was very nice and said they’d start making it right away. Two hours later I was able to pick it up and the cake is beautiful! Little hiccup with the ordering system. I may call to place my order next time. The quality of the cake makes me want to order again!“

“We go several times a week. I love how the stalls are big enough for my dulley and the customer service is excellent!“

“They always have someone cleaning, the staff is always very friendly, and the food is always great! When they’re not very busy someone’s always cleaning the windows or something. If they take that much care on something like that think of how clean it is in the kitchen and how much care they take when preparing your food!“
