“Service was a tad slow, and we ordered using the Sonic App.It was shortly after 4:30PM and they were, I would say, only slightly busy. (6 vehicles were parked when we got there, and I only noticed the carhop serve 1 vehicle, shortly after we arrived.)The delay was waiting a good 7-8 minutes after activating the Red Button, BUT THAT IS FORGIVEN.*I've worked in fast food, a few times, as a cook. So I completely understand that "looks" on the outside does not necessarily reflect what's happening in the kitchen with orders they may be working on.We ordered 1 Rt44 Coke and 1 Rt44 Ocean Water. When the carhop arrived, the order was correct, and she was very sweet and friendly, with a SINCERE smile! It was EXTREMELY REFRESHING to see her smile and you could actually FEEL the POSITIVE ENERGY that she had, like a warm fire on a cold dreary day!After the day my friend and I had, WE BOTH NEEDED THAT, MORE THAN I CAN EVER POSSIBLY EXPRESS.We informed her that we had activated the Red Button, shortly after arriving, because we wanted to order 2 additional Rt44 waters and 2 cups of ice. She was quick to inform us that she could take our order herself, right there! After placing our order for the waters, our order was out QUICKLY!THANK YOU FOR POSITIVELY CHANGING OUR MOODS AND FOR HAVING THAT GENUINE SMILE.SHE, LITERALLY MADE A VERY, VERY LONG, HOT, BAD, ALMOST UNBEARABLE DAY, THAT WE BOTH HAD ENDURED, BETTER, IN MY HUMBLE AND APPRECIATIVE OPINION, BECAUSE OF HER, SIMPLY, BEING HERSELF!!!BECAUSE A SINGLE, SOLITARY, MOMENT IN A DAY CAN COMPLETELY AND POSITIVELY CHANGE AND HELP SOMEONE, WITHOUT YOU EVER KNOWING.*I gave only 4 Stars because they were out of the Powerade slushes, that my friend REALLY had his heart set on getting one!BUT WE RECEIVED 5 STAR SERVICE, AND OUR ORDER GETS A 5 STAR RATING.I WOULD HAVE RATED OUR EXPERIENCE 4.6, IF THAT WERE AN OPTION!(Or a 9 out of 10!)**I HOPE THAT OUR WONDERFUL CARHOP WILL BE INFORMED, PERSONALLY, HOW MUCH THE 2 MEN IN THE SILVER TOYOTA TACOMA, GREATLY APPRECIATED HER POSITIVE ENERGY, GENUINE SMILE, SIMPLE KINDNESS, AND APPRECIATION FOR OUR BUSINESS!!!!!“

“Edit/Update:The owner truly values and takes pride in his locations. Very personable. He remedied my frustrations with communication and care to make sure I knew there would be more of a stance in making sure this location gives the proper condiments and sauces allotted for the orders; along with alotting me a $20 gift card for Sonic and go try this location again.All food establishments have hiccups and sad moments with customer care, but this owner shined the light of understanding and wanted to keep my business.Thank you John for taking the time to reach out to me.Original:Do NOT waste your time at this location.I’m writing this review because this location purposely (or do not train their staff) to consistently place dips and sauces in the bag with the order.I have had to countless times turn around to get the sauce with the order.Today, I needed a quick snack and went to this location for something quick and hot. Got the mozzarella sticks with marinara. Since it was one item, I grabbed the bag and left from drive thru. Got down the road and there was no marinara in the bag. I had to turn around ?, which is annoying.Got to location and the lady at drive thru was unapologetic and I mentioned since the inconvenience of having to come back, I’d like two. She said she would get the one out and the second one would be 27 cents.My aggravation is this is always happening and inconvenient. I’m over it, and this location has lost my business.Mark this as a place against customer service, and a headache that can be avoided. When you eat out (even for a snack) you should have a good experience.“

“I LOVE this snow cone stand; I always have. I hate that it goes "out of season" and I always miss them all winter! The new coffees are SO GOOD too. Such a strong coffee flavor, and REALLY SWEET. My only "complaint" is that I wish that some of the snow cone flavors had short descriptions or "key notes/flavors" for some of the weird named ones lolol. Not really a complain though, and the staff is always super friendly!!“

“I have eaten at alot of sonics and this one has been the best tasting by far.
My hamburger has always been right and good, and this is the only sonic that the tots are cook perfectly.
Well today Friday I went back to sonic and my burger was all wrong...
I spoke to soon about this restaurant..
I can not have mayo, I break out in rash when I eat it, and there was mayo on my burger so I just wasted money, had to throw it away. 😡“

“We stop there frequently for burgers. Usually good. Today we went through the drive through because we had our dog with us. We were asked to pull around front while they made our order. We did not wait long. We pulled to a spot in the parking lot to eat. The first burger I pullout of the bag was for my wife. It was freshly cooked with hot meat and a fresh bun. My wife confirmed it was good. My burger however was COLD meat on a hard cracked and crusty bun. Worst ever. My wife said I should take it back in we were in the parking lot. I figure if the cook would serve that trash I would not trust him to make another. I can't imagine they would serve that to an inside customer. It is not that hard. We went a fresh burger. If that takes a little longer that's ok we will wait while it is cooked. If we come back (Sonic is directly across the street) I expect better. If not I will atleast bring it back in for a refund and you can save that burger for your next customer.“

“I can’t talk because I’m losing my voice and my tonsils are swollen. I appreciate the manager and team members for being patient with me and understanding. I haven’t came inside the restaurant because I don’t know if I’m contagious and there are employees that are pregnant. The service and team members are very friendly and the food is great. Y’all keep up the good work. Thanks Andy!!“
