The groom requested Old Orange Cafe bread pudding with rum sauce for his cake. It was a huge hit!! I highly recommend Chef David and Old Orange to cater your next event. We couldn’t be happier!”

“We went to eat at Peggy’s Place today to try out their burgers. I typically don't order burgers because I just think there are way better things I could eat. However, the burgers at Peggy's are PHENOMENAL. You need a big appetite to eat one by yourself, so I suggest splitting one if you're not starving. Sourdough buns, fresh thick patties, delicious house made sauce, and tons of topping options. They have unique hours so check to make sure they are open before you go. It's 100% worth it. It is a one woman show most days, so please be patient with her. She waits the tables, cooks, cleans, and is the cashier. We will absolutely be back.”

“Stix Pool Hall is THE PLACE to hang any night of the week. The greatest bartending staff and well organized owners do a tremendous job running this bar so that others can make some pretty awesome memories. I would describe the aura of the bar as tight knit and everyone’s ready to go crazy and let loose. Comedy 409 has personally worked with this establishment and had a successful night of comedy all thanks to Stix’s fearless owner Carly Lange and her amazing team of bartenders. “A plaza stop to try a recommendation from a friend. A Very clean and a very new looking place. Decent prices. This is not fast food, we had to wait a little bit. There's a drive thru, or you can sit inside and eat. We were the only ones eating inside at the time we were there. The old man waiting was picking up a to-go order. No photos of inside, or out, or of the food, because there wasn't anything special, or specific that captured my interest, no decor on the walls or artwork. I was just staying in the moment with the husband, while enjoying each other's company, the peacefulness, the quiet. No one on their phones having conversations, and being loud. Just us eating a good burger, fries, alcoholic beverage, in peace and quiet 😉

“The menu is a bit confusing and on how to order the make your own bowl process. I gave 2 cups of sauce to be made with my food, there was no sauce cooked into my food. They did rectify this by allowing me to get 2 more cups of sauce and them reheat the food then put the cold sauce in the bowl. The food was NOT sauteed in the sauce. The food was good and fresh once it was done correctly. The whole point of the sauce is to be cooked into the food not thrown in after you cook the food and the sauce cold. The food needs to be cooked in individual woks or similar with the sauce otherwise what's the point. Next time you go watch how they cook it. The waitress was very pleasant and helpful, hard to understand the accent and hear her, the place echoes so even just 1 table with kids can make it hard to hear they were not being loud at all just normal noise. Overall the food was good not great the employees were nice and the atmosphere was casual though loud.”

“Visited this location 4/9/2026 at 12 for lunch. And luckily was NOT disappointed. Staff were nice, especially this one guy, I didnt catch his name though. Food was good, had a meatball sub and my mom had a white bread with turkey and ham. Mine tasted amazing, just wish the meatballs were bigger. That be my only complaint. And only reason atmosphere isn't 5 stars is just cause I'm not a big green on grey fan, just a personal dislike nothing actually wrong.”

“We live in Houston and travel all over, and this is our favorite CFA! Especially made true today on another road trip - I sprained my knee a few days ago and needed to sit and ice while we ate. The staff not only happily brought me an ice pack, but they then brought us a large bag of ice and additional small bags for the rest of our trip East. They were so gracious and helpful, and after a very frustrating few days of being injured, this has been so encouraging!”

“this review is for the new Rexburg location in Mother hibbards have stopped in there four times within the last week to try the food and they never have anything in the warmer. no pizzas nothing. I went in there tonight. no food in the warmer. the kids that work there are sitting on the floor up against the wall doing absolutely nothing. Do they only serve Pizza at lunch and zero food for dinner? there's nothing anywhere that says what times they have food what time? they don't have food so tonight I went from hangar 54 right over to Valley wide and got me a personal pizza and now I'm headed to work.”

They know exactly how to hear that your food is incorrect and then laugh at you while you are leaving the restaurant. Furthermore, while you have the courage to discuss the matter with the hostess the wait staff is will continue laughing at you. We did request to speak to the manager. The hostess had more compassion. We were offer a coupon for our next visit. We declined. No meal removed or refunded. We love to visit local establishments and support as often as we can. I hope things will improve and no one else is made to feel this way.”

“A friend of mine told me about this place and let me try some fish he bought today I decided to try it and man I’m so glad I did I got fish fried okra and fries and the okra has to be the best okra I’ve ever had by far and the plate of fish won’t even close it’s so full I will definitely be eating here a lot and would recommend over any other place in Texas”

“These are the nastiest wings I ever had in my life, I ordered a 16 piece lemon pepper hot wing and they sent one order of bland hot wings with curly frys and a order of no flavor tasteless wings with cury frys I did not know chicken could be so bland and nasty. we didn't even eat them they're just sitting there, we did not even have dinner because it was so bad.”
